I’m one of the people who received an invite to participate in the beta promo.
I received my beta key, I followed the instructions and I mailed this key to hko@hellokitty.com with the word(s) “FilePlanet” in the subject line.
This means my key is validated and I’ve proven that I have a sanriotown email account.
I’ve been trying to log into the server for 2 days. Last night I was up till 3 a.m. but I just couldn’t get on.
It just says “connecting to server” and the pink line keeps running through the bar but it acts like it’s stuck…
Are there any additional things (patches, updates, etcs) I need to download?
Please let me know. Thanks a bunch!!!

to make sure I avoided spelling mistakes, I just copied & pasted from their message into my email…
