Hi everyone.:) Members can now log in to the game. However, we are currently in the process of resolving some server issues so that the gameplay will be smoother for all the founders playing the game.

for those of us who were not in the Closed Beta and are just now joining with the Founders Beta, can you please tell me what the correct login will be for us? is it our SanrioTown login? or will we get a new Beta login to use? thank you

I tried for 1.5hr last night (2200EST) and was never able to get in. Now it’s 0750EST and all I get is ‘disconnected from server’. Are there still problems or as edyensid asked is there another login we should be using? Thanks.

I was wondering if when you are done with the servers if you could please post here to let us know. I have been waiting for 10 hours to play but haven’t been able to. I would really like to start and understand that problems arise. I got on once last night (2300hrs) but there was no server to click on to play then have not be able to get on since.
Also just wanted to make sure if we use our @hellokitty.com etc. at the end of our logins. It is confusing since we really haven’t fogetten much information besides the fact that we are founders.

i was finally able to get on this morning, logged on with name@hellokitty.com btw, was able to play for a good 30-45 min before they went down for 2 hour maintenance, made it to level 3

I was logged in this evening (ontario canada time) but had to close because it froze. now I cannot get back in past the server to play part. What is going on now? I really like the game and now problems arise but I really got addicted to it already. It is so cute and child friendly. I love it so much!!!

What do we use? Our sanriotown? Caused according to what i read it said “TO PLAY HELLO KITTY ONLINE PLEASE JOIN SANRIOTOWN !!!” >_> I’ve also heard that you get an email, wth?

use your sanriotown email address to login.
I am annoyed with all the lag and not being about to get out of a town right away. I do not like having to keep moving away from in then going back to it to finally get out.
I love the cute factor of the game but would like to see these 2 main bugs disappear soon.

I have played for hours and am at level 9, but I froze and now I can’t get back on. The server slot is blank every time I try to log on.

what is going on now? i can login but cannot get a server showing up. are you fixing something and the servers are offline for that? then why can i login? please fix the japanese quests in londan(by theway it’s spelt london); i cannot do them since i don’t understand what it wants. one last thing: i need to complete the latte(in london) box quest but it doesn’t say at all how to onpen it, just that i need to give latte the item inside but cannot since it cannot open.
some insite would be greatly appreciated.

WOW, too many problems. I have sent 2 emails to Closed Beta access from Fileplanet and still no response.
I wish you all luck in fixing your problems. I will wait till the game is more stable to play.
