AM I DEPRESSED?

“If you answer “yes” to any of the questions below, you should seek medical advice.

  1. Is your current mood different from to how it normally has been, and has it been that way for at least a couple of weeks? a little.
  2. Have you stopped enjoying things you used to? perhaps.
  3. Are you more irritable with people and more short-tempered? sometimes.
  4. Are you getting increasingly worried and anxious? YES!
  5. Have your daily habits changed? Are you eating less and losing weight? not really.
  6. Do you have little energy to do things, feel tired and don’t want to socialise? of course not.
  7. Have you had anxiety attacks or thoughts of suicide? That’s no for sure.
  8. Are you in bed all day? Definitely no!
