Updates for your game client will be available starting on December 15th 22:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST US Time Zone), 2008. All you need to do is start your game client and wait for the auto-update to complete, it will take a bit of time as it’s a big one. If you already uninstalled the game, the full game client is available for download at the Hello Kitty Online Download Center. Please re-download and install it again, and let the auto-update do its magic! We recommend that you have the HKO game installed and ready prior to the December 15th update.

Thoughts:

Well, it’s going to be the Founder’s Beta reunion soon, and I honestly cannot wait! I kept my game client, so all I need to do is update the game client. I’m truly looking forward to the new features and changes for the holiday season. So here are my thoughts on these changes:

Maps: Oh, I can’t wait to see the winter wonderland with a holiday twist. I am looking forward to snow, and I hope I can see snow and snowflakes where ever I go!

Item Mall: Hm…I wonder what the average is on the items. I hope 300 will last me for awhile, or else I’ll be too afraid to spend it at all. But I am very excited to see what they have in store in the Item Mall!

Pet’s Speaking: Uh, are they going to be dubbed? I’m not a big fan of voices talking. If it is just written dialogue, I’ll be OK. Unfortunately, I never took good care of my pets, so I’m somewhat afraid of what my pet will say to me about how he/she/it feels.

New York: I’m very excited to see New York, if it is possible. I haven’t even had a chance to go to Paris (I know, I’m a noob). T^T I feel sad, I didn’t get to do the build New York quests, I was too far behind to catch up in time. But I’m excited to see the Sanrio’s cute touch in the Big Apple!

Christmas Quests: Hm, I wonder what the quests will be. And I’m wondering where I have to go to start it. I am excited to see what these quests will be. Will I see Santa or Rudolph? It would be fun if there were mini-games in these quests. :]

Sanrio Characters: Will I see Santa or Rudolph?? Seriously! I’d love to see how Sanrio would draw Santa Claus. And, maybe Deery-Lou could meet another deer!

Player Profile Page: I’m a huge fan of profile pages! This is one of the things I’m looking forward to the most! I wonder how they look, but I am really excited about this! *shrieks* But…it might make me look a little pathetic as a Founder…

E-mail Notification: Boy, I’m curious how this will turn out. I really hope that they make a little pop-up in the corner, and not in my face like how many other windows pop up. If this happens, I hope I don’t accidentally die from the window popping up or something in my face and I can’t see…Some people may like it, but I’m not very thrilled because my Gaia Alerts keep coming even after I ask them not to send me e-mails…
