Well, apparently I got the date wrong, so I actually got a chance to play on the last day. That made me soo happy! For my happiness and lack of screen shots before, I’ve got a post full of screen shot spamming. I really enjoyed my last day. And my wish was fulfilled. I actually got the Spirit of Christmas. Since today is my last day of HKO, since I can’t go on on weekends as I’ve mentioned before, I’d like to share the highlights and my thoughts on how the reunion was in my perspective. My guild really made it worthwhile, and a fun little event made things even more fun.

 New feature thoughts:

Maps: I really loved how the maps looked! The snow was great in New York, and the decorations everywhere was really cute! It was really a Winter Wonderland, especially in New York! Which brings me to…

New York: It was splendid! There were so many buildings though, that it was easy to get lost. In fact, I know of quite of few people, including myself, who did get lost. I loved that there were very many buildings, but sometimes remembering everything was quite difficult. I was able to though, and the Big Apple with a Sanrio Twist was fantastic! ^_^

Pets: Ugh! One of the worst changes, in my opinion, of the game. There were some benefits of this, but the disadvantages still overpowered the small little benefit. He talked sooo much, that he really couldn’t be quiet! He moved inconsistently, and his talking really got annoying in my view. The only benefit, was that I was amused about what he said. His dialogue sometimes went into this really buggy mode where it continuously flashed different text everytime like it was breaking…Anyone else share these opinions about pets?

Quests: Nice! I really think that if I was at a higher level to begin with, then I might have been able to enjoy it more. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to finish the Save Christmas quest. I feel that maybe the quests could have been a little easier for beginners, including myself, although I understand that they need to please the veterans. I was able to finish a couple quests with the help of my guild, and I really appreciate what they did and my prizes and gifts! :]

Other comments: After doing some things, I had an idea. What if members had their own shops, like in Flyff? I had that in HKOLand, but how about member shops implanted into the game? I know there are quite a few disadvantages, but I still feel that might help a little…

Item Mall: Cute! Everywhere I went, I saw an Item Mall item. Seriously, the items are really cool. I love them, but there were so few to choose from. They only had some for avatars, and there were only a little bit. But I loved the items, and I hope to see more items in the future!

All you need to do is start your game client and wait for the auto-update to complete, it will take a bit of time as it’s a big one. If you already uninstalled the game, the full game client is available for download at the Hello Kitty Online Download Center. Please re-download and install it again, and let the auto-update do its magic! We recommend that you have the HKO game installed and ready prior to the December 15th update.

As the holidays are approaching, and the Founder’s Reunion is near. So I’ve heard a couple people say the either kept of uninstalled the client. So since it is near…I’m wondering, if you were in the Founder’s Beta, did you keep your game client, or did you uninstall it?

Well, I’ve noticed that some members have had blogs at other websites other than SanrioTown. I’m in the process of making one, I’ve just got to get a couple pages and posts up then I will post it up here. Other’s have personal blogs, etc. So that brings up a very short, brief post on this weeks poll (sorry it is on a Friday, will explain more later): Do you have a blog on other sites/blog host?

Yeah…I had homework on Wednesday, and I had to blog today. I think that I’ll probably blog more on Friday. But anyways, I’ll try to put it out on Wednesday! Thanks!

 Yay! My first official website mention. My World of Sedia post was kind of a test post, and kind of an advertisement I posted a year before I started this blog. -_- So here is the first: Blist. It is under beta, but is perfect for the holiday seasons. ^_^ By the way, the blog I got this picture from is actually my blog, but I decided that I should just do it on this blog, instead of create a new one. Blist.com is a website that allows you to make weblists and share them with the community. So, if you want to make your Christmas list–or any list online, Blist is a website to go to.
