Bless’s last quest in her quest log was Pet Hunt 3.  It took absolutely forever to hunt some of the requested mobs and Bless couldn’t have done it without help.

The wooly took the longest and is the most elusive mob ever.  The hunt started awhiles back and cute guildie Kay tried helping out:

In the end, Bless never got the wooly pet card drop.  Instead, thanks to Loree for giving Bless a wooly card, to Ly for an extra wooly card and to MRXED who helped Bless with hunting Pongs!

With the handing in of Pet Hunt 3, Bless is finally DONE with ALL required quests!  woot^^ An empty quest log looks beautiful . . .

Today in HKO, a bunch of us were inspired by the Spooky Halloween Makeover contest to have some Halloween fun.  Therefore, fellow guildie Loree made a cutely spooky Great Pumpkin face on her farm.  Can you see where all of us are?

The Great Pumpkin seems to have an insatiable appetite.  Look how many of us he ate!

Avo walks by and gets eaten up too!  Look at the Great Pumpkin’s mouth watering with hunger!  Can you find GM-Avocado? ^___^

All of a sudden the Great Pumpkin’s eyes went from green to purple and strikes again!

Bless was racking her brains out trying to think of a clever and spooky costume but a few brains apparently are better than one.  =)  In conjunction with other HKO Founders guild members today, we came up with a fun story for our individual entries into the HKO’s Spooky Makeover contest.  The theme for this contest entry is Alice in Wonderland!

Here are the cast of characters:

• blesskittyangel = the White Rabbit
• loree = Alice
• Tarran = the Mad Hatter
• AnyaAnya = the Queen of Hearts
• DanceUnderStars = the Cheshire Cat
• Ly and GM-Lime = Twiddledee and Twiddledum

Let the Spooky Story Begin. . .

One day, Alice was tired of her daily school lesson and fell asleep next to a tree.  When she woke up, she saw a curious talking white rabbit!

Alice decides to follow the curious white rabbit…

She follows him to a hole in a strange-looking tree!

Alice followed the white rabbit through the tree hole and found herself in an unknown place.  She saw a door but couldn’t open it so Alice drank a bottle of potion and turned very large!

Now Alice definitely couldn’t fit through the door.  So she ate a piece of cake and started shrinking.  Alice managed to fit herself through the small door and found herself in another magical land called Wonderland.

Alice spots the curious White Rabbit again and follows him through a little village until she runs into two twins called Twiddledee and Twiddledum.

Alice could not make sense out of the twiddle twins’ constant honking and decided to keep walking through wonderland.  Alice thought she had lost track of the White Rabbit but then she spots him running through the thickets. . .

The curious White Rabbit ends up leading Alice to the purple Cheshire Cat!

Alice couldn’t figure out why the Cheshire Cat was asking her whether she could stand on her head so she moved onwards in her journey through Wonderland. . .  Alice spots the White Rabbit running into a house and follows him in to what appears to be a tea party hosted by the Mad Hatter!

The Mad Hatter was wishing everyone a merry unbirthday and Alice thought this was quite strange indeed.

All of a sudden, the White Rabbit hopped away from the tea party to meet his “very important date” and Alice followed along.  They go through a strange portal.

The portal led the White Rabbit to his important date!  And Alice finds out that the Whie Rabbit has an important date with the Queen of Hearts!  Oh boy was the Queen upset!

The Queen of Hearts was very mad and was about to chop off Alice’s head so the White Rabbit whisks Alice away to another land called HKO.  Alice discovers that the White Rabbit she was following all along was actually a HKO player called blesskittyangel in a Halloween bunny costume!

Spooky, you say?  Yes, indeed!  Bless sure gave everyone in Wonderland a good scare ^___^ And there you have it — Bless’s spooky Halloween makeover is the White Rabbit Poser <3

Dear Mango,

Bless is blogging this in response to your “It’s Been Fun” post.  You were the 2nd GM bless befriended on HKO in her wee-noob days and you helped her through so much.  Always professional and of elegant demure, you were a great GM and valuable asset to the HKO gaming community.  At times, we were crunchy but being humans behind that pixelated avatar, crunchiness goes as crunchiness does.  Please keep in touch, may we ask?  And we hope there might be a chance that you may return in the future because we miss you already.
