Good day to all! In a few more hours, the new year will be upon us. Unfortunately, we spent Christmas on a milk truck and I think we will be greeting the New Year on it, too. We’ve been trying to attract Zashiki’s attention, but he seems to be lost in thought. The surrounding fireworks has drowned our voices as well, making it even more difficult to attract him.

*sigh* A brand new year…I just felt a sudden blast of all the things that has happened to me during this closing year. Overall, it has been a pleasant year. Sad occurrences and dull moments are unavoidable, but those times did not make me less of a frog. Those moments have actually made me stronger.

I hope that all of us will cherish all the memorable experiences we had in the past year, whether good or bad. Keep in mind that whenever undesirable events happen, think of it as a challenge that will make us even stronger.

Oh, Zashiki finally looked at our direction! Ribbit!

Owww…my cheek still hurts after that wake up pinch…Oh well, it’s worth it. Zashiki is just a few meters away from us. After all our detours we will finally be together again then we will search for Tabby together.

Hello…Keroleen here…This road trip is making my head spin already. The heat has also made my skin so dehydrated.  I kinda understand now how Mimmy is feeling surrounded by all those milk bottles.

*sigh* Keroppi is sleeping lightly while holding on to a milk bottle. He’s lucky that he can drink as much milk as he wants. As for me, I may be a cook who whips up the most delicious dishes that can ruin anybody’s diet, but I strictly watch over my figure. I do like milk, but I usually drink low-fat or soy milk.

Strange…this dizzy spell is making me hear things…is it just me or there’s something purring in my ear? Then I looked at Mimmy who’s sitting very still in between a lot of milk bottles…she’s been purring and pointing at the road a few meters ahead…

I squinted to see what she’s pointing at and…*gasp* I can’t believe it! Is that really Zashiki walking at the side of the road!?

ZASHIKIII!!!!

I stared aimlessly at the clear blue sky as we passed by endless fields. Keroleen is sleeping beside me and Mimmy is typing on her mobile phone. It’s been days since we left the city proper in order to find Tabby.

While at the Louvre, we met Picaccho an artist who used Tabby as a model for one of his paintings. According to him, Tabby headed south…and that’s where we are headed…wherever south may take us…ribbit!

It seems lady luck is smiling upon us. We were able to hitch a ride on a MILK truck headed south and the owner of the truck is a frog! Check out his truck license plate as well:

Also, I think I’m in heaven now because I’m sitting at the back of the truck full of bottles containing the best milk France could offer. Keromoo, the owner of the truck and the cow farm was even kind enough to give us free milk and cheese.

Hopefully, our luck will not run out. It’s getting too long for us to search for Tabby. I hope we welcome the new year with all of us together again. 

Our detour to the Louvre was not a total loss after all. Not only did we get to see beautiful art pieces, we also met an artist named Picaccho who apparently used Tabby as a model for one of his paintings! We finally have a lead to Tabby!

Picaccho (Not Pochacco, Picasso or Pikachu!) is Mimmy’s friend and is a budding artist in Paris. His style is unique and hopefully will soon reach the ranks of Picasso, Van Gogh, etc. I’d better purchase one of his paintings before going home. Ribbit!

All this searching is making me crave for donuts though. Come to think of it, I haven’t eaten donuts since we left for Paris.
