*Ehem*

ganta*Ehem* Hello! My name is Ganta!*Hem hem* …sorry for the gruff voice…I have a frog in my throat…*ehem* Lol! Frog in my throat, that’s funny.

Pardon my intrusion in this blog. I’m just to lazy to make my own, so I’m using Keroppi’s account to post my thoughts and feelings. *Ehem*

Last Halloween was the best night of my life. *cough* Since I got a pretty cool flashlight from Mimmy during my birthday, I got to face my fears. Speaking of birthdays…Belated Happy Birthday to Mimmy!

Anyway, back to my flashlight. *Ehem* As a test of courage, my friends and I decided to explore the scary, old house at the other side of Donut Pond . *Ehem* With my flashlight, I’m not afraid of the dark anymore and no ghost would dare to scare me! *Hem hem* Maybe that’s why we didn’t see any ghosts.

Hahhh! Fear the flashlight wielding Ganta! I shall smite all of you with my light!

Spooktacular Party

Thursday, November 1st, 2007

I’m so sleepy…oh well, I’d better make this entry short. I want to catch some Zs.

Even if we were late, we had a spooktacular time at Kuromi’s house. Everybody wore great looking costumes and the food was great! It was a double special night after all.

Nothing beats our ghost story telling session though. Everybody huddled in the living room to listen to the most creepiest tales ever told. We passed around the sweets we got from our trick or treat raid as we scared ourselves.

It was pretty late…or in this case, early in the morning when we left Kuromi’s house. Oh, it’s already November 1, and that means there’s another birthday celebrant.

Yeah, it’s the cats birthday. Anyway, Happy Birthday Hello Kitty…

ZZzzzzz…

Keroppi’s Ghost Story: The Guests

Thursday, November 1st, 2007

Header

We made it just in time for Kuromi’s birthday. We greeted her just before the clock struck 12 midnight. Technically, it was still her birthday when we greeted her. @_@ She was pretty mad at us though, but thanks to Hiiragi she calmed down.

The guests wore fantastic costumes! We even have to ask who’s who. The food was great as well. Keroleen even contributed a large Pumpkin Pie. Oh, there’s a big bottle of milk!

Anyway, the guests are huddled inside the living room now. Time for some scary stories.

A young man and his wife were on a trip to visit his mother. Usually they arrived in time for supper. They had gotten a late start, and now it was getting dark. They decided to look for a place to stay overnight and go on in the morning.

Just off the road, they saw a small house in the woods. “Maybe they rent rooms”, the wife said. So they stopped to ask. An elderly man and woman came to the door. They didn’t rent rooms, they said. But they would be glad to have them stay overnight as their guests. They had plenty of room, and they would enjoy the company. The old woman made coffee, brought out some cake, and the four of them talked for awhile. Then the young couple were taken to their room. They explained that they wanted to pay for this, but the old man said he would not accept any money.

halloweenThe young couple got up early the next morning before their hosts had awakened. On a table near the front door, they left an envelope with some money in it for the room. Then they went on to the next town. They stopped at a restaurant and had breakfast. When they told the owner where they had stayed, he was shocked. “That can’t be”, he said. “That house burned to the ground ten years ago, the old man and woman who lived there died in the fire.”

The young couple could not believe it. So they went back to the house. Only now there was no house. All they found was a burned-out shell. They stood staring at the ruins trying to understand what had happened.

Then the woman started screaming! In the rubble was a badly burned table, on the table was the envelope they had left there that morning!
