A little bit about the girl behind the blog:

I’m a college student in the US, living in the NYC area.

I’m studying to be a kindergarten teacher.

I love cooking, photography, reading, writing, singing, and playing video games.

Some of my favorite games are: The Sims, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, Super Smash Brothers, Mass Effect, The Legend of Zelda series, Dreamfall: the Longest Journey, and Halo.

Science-fiction and fantasy are my two favorite genres; I love books like the Ender’s Game series, Harry Potter, Tamora Pierce’s books, the Lord of the Rings, His Dark Materials, and Neil Gaiman (especially Neverwhere and Anasi Boys, and Good Omens with Terry Prachett); television shows like Stargate SG-1, Battlestar Galactica, and Firefly; movies like Star Wars, Serenity, Spiderman, the Matrix, and I, Robot.
