材料︰

牛油 100g
蛋白 82g
糖 75g
面粉 75g
雲呢拿香油 1/8 tsp
鹽 1/8 tsp
白朱古力 150g

做法︰
1.  預熱焗爐 220 度。
2. 將牛油於室溫放軟，以打蛋器中速將牛油打至鬆軟，加入糖攪拌均勻。
3. 逐少蛋白及雲呢拿香油加入 (2) 至拌勻。
4. 面粉及鹽過篩，加入 (3) 中輕輕拌勻。
5. 面糊放入雪櫃中待 5 分鐘。

6. 模具鋪於烤焗紙上，將適量面糊倒入模具中，用抹刀把多餘的面糊抹掉及輕輕抹平，把模具輕輕撕起。

7. 放已成形的曲奇面糊入焗爐焗 7 分鐘，至曲奇四邊烤至金黃色。
8. 把曲奇從焗爐取出，放涼備用。

9. 用白朱古力溶液把朱古力片黏於兩塊曲奇餅中即成

在北海道逗留了數天，發現當地是一個藝術之都，街上及個別景點不但置有為數不少的雕像，而且各具特色。我個人最喜歡的是以下的「麵包超人像」，因為它可說是現代文化與傳統藝術的結合。

「北海道棕熊牧場」位處549.3米高的四方嶺，飼養超過133頭北海道棕熊，規模很大。我們由山麓駅出發，乘坐「登別欖車」到山頂駅，只需￥300；沿途白茫茫的溫泉街景色 - 免費﹗

原來北海道棕熊每天也看著這般漂亮的景致，「棕熊出遊從容，是熊之樂也」？

在本年初，我和友人一行二人，拖著兩箱行李，捧著一大堆旅遊書，昂首闊步到北海道去﹗

在旅程中，除了購物及賞景外，最大的樂趣莫過於品嘗當地的海產美食：海膽、帆立貝、三文魚籽等都是當地特產，雖然價錢不低(每客飯約￥3,000)，但實在物有所值呢﹗各位看到以下照片，可會唾延三尺？
