Warriors Orochi

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

If you liked the games Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors, then here’s a game that will give you double the fun and action. It’s Warriors Orochi, developed by Omega Force.

The game merges the characters of the two said games allowing you to gather a team of three warriors against the Mighty Orochi. Each character belongs to a specific Attack Category: Power, Speed and Technique.

Here’s the game trailer.

DDR: Dance Dance Revolution

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

Here’s a game that revolutionized the gaming industry. It’s Dance Dance Revolution or DDR.

Unlike other music video game that only uses the gamepad, DDR uses a large dance mat that consists of four directional buttons. You dance/play by stepping on the dance mat, following rhythm or beat of the song. This game is ideal to those who want to exercise and play at the same time.

As of 2007, over 1,000 songs were featured in all versions of DDR.

Here’s a video of a kid playing DDR, and very good at it.

Metal Slug Anthology

Friday, September 21st, 2007

Here’s a game that’s like the classic side-scrolling shooter (Contra). The difference is, Metal Slug gives you action and comedy at the same time.

When Metal Slug Anthology was released, it was celebrating its 10th anniversary of the first Metal Slug game.

Metal Slug Anthology includes Metal Slug part 1-6 plus Metal slug X. In the original Metal Slug, the characters were only Marco Rossi and Tarma Roving. After the original Metal Slug, Eri Kasamoto, Fiolina “Fio” Germi, Nadia Cassel, Trevor Spacey, Ralf Jones and Clark Steel were added.

Here’s an intro video of the game.

Tekken 6 Updates: Ground Bounce

Tuesday, September 18th, 2007

Here are some new Tekken 6 videos I got from Tekkenzaibatsu. Intro and some sample matches.

It seems that there is a new feature added to the game, that looks like a ground slam combo. Where in the attack can make your opponent bounce a little from the ground to add some more combo before recovering. Not sure though if this feature would still be in the final version of Tekken 6.

This is my answer to Rukia’s Blog. Her post was “What is the One Food Item You Absolutely Refuse to eat.

I’m not really picky with what I eat, but there’s just one thing that I can’t stand and that is Ginger.

At home, if the food has ginger, they will prepare the same food but doesn’t has ginger, just for me. I know that ginger has a lot of health benefits, but my body simply refuses to accept it.

One thing I know is that I don’t like the smell of Ginger. Just the smell makes me want to stay away from it.

Stuntman Ignition

Friday, September 7th, 2007

This game makes you do crazy stuffs with motorcycles, cars and monster trucks without the danger of injuring yourself.

In the game, you play as a stuntman, trying to work his way up. You can test your stunt skills in a wide variety of big-budget action films, commercial shoots and tournaments.

This game reminds me of the movie “Dukes of Hazzard”, because of cars jumping or let’s say “flying” in the air.

Here’s the game trailer
