Gundam Assault Survive will be the latest Gundam title by Namco Bandai this 2010 for the PSP. The game will feature over 300 mobile suits including from Gundam Seed Destiny and Gundam 00.

As usual this will not be in English, but I know this will not stop Gundam fans from playing, it will be released on March 18, 2010.

The release date was also moved to April 2010, here are the reasons why it was delayed:

• Avoid competing with the major titles that other companies plan to introduce in the 4th quarter
• Preserve the value of Capcom’s titles and maximize sales volume
• Expand the lineup of titles in the next fiscal year and afterward

So we still have 3 months to go, hopefully the online gameplay would be as good as the first Street Fighter 4.

Sad news, voice actor Daisuke Gouri passed away in Tokyo and was found bloodstained, authorities think that it could be a possible suicide. He was 57 years old.

He has done a lot voice acting with games and animes including Heihachi Mishima of Tekken and Mr. Satan of Dragon Ball Z, read more in Kotaku.

Well…. another movie based on a game, will this be another “The Legend of Chun Li” or will this stop the chain of bad game-turned-movie. 

At least the poster looks nice.

Aside from having new characters, Super Street Fighter 4 will also be having new stages. Thanks to Kotaku for the updates.

I love watching the animated version of Street Fighter and Dragon Ball Z, but not their live action movies. Both show had an arcade/console game as well, this time another game will be having a live action movie and judging from the trailer this feels like another Dragon Ball Evolution and Legend of Chun Li type of movie.

After the announcement of the new PS3 system update, it’s now the PSP’s turn in releasing one. The update is now at version 6.20 and showing off the following features:

• Digital Comics Reader – PlayStation Network Digital Comics is a new service launching in December. It will allow you to download hundreds of classic and new comics from the PlayStation Store and read them page by page or frame by frame on your PSP system. Firmware update (v6.20) includes the Digital Comics reader application, which you’ll find under a new section called “Extras” on the XMB. Please note, the comic reader is an additional download; once you’ve loaded (v6.20) onto your system, simply click on the comic reader icon under “Extras” to download it to your PSP.
