請你不要再害人了！！！你就算要利用我，起碼要用一個尊重我的方式吧，正所謂做戲做全套，但是你們連基本這一套也不會，實在很失敗。

我雖是善良，但不是白癡，請不要利用我的同請心，一切都是你咎由自取。我也不是一個波，能夠揮之則來，呼之則去。。。

【明報專訊】常說貓有九條命，原來小倉鼠也不遑多讓！英國    斯塔福德郡一隻倉鼠被誤置焗爐頂險變「烤鼠」，當牠四腳朝天快要魂歸天國時，消防員卻為牠送上甘露——利賓納，小倉鼠喝兩口後竟奇蹟生還！

24歲主人貝爾太太把小倉鼠「Christmas」的籠子帶入廚房，順手放在焗爐頂，轉頭趕往叫4歲兒子起。可憐的Christmas身處險境，焗爐開關掣還意外被按動，令鼠籠慢慢火焚燒，毛茸茸的小倉鼠驟變一團火球。消防員到場救火，只見倉鼠反肚，燒焦的四腳朝天，舌頭亦伸出來。消防員憶述：「大家你眼望我眼，都說：『倉鼠死了。』」但有消防員嘗試讓倉鼠吸氧，還給牠飲幾口利賓納、按摩其小肚皮，最終成功令牠起死回生。貝爾太太說：「很高興Christmas竟安然無恙，消防員真棒。」另一鼠墮水管 吸塵機救回

此外，該郡另一隻頑皮倉鼠亨利誤墮廚房水管，在10厘米闊、1.2米深的管子內「半天吊」，英國防止虐畜會派員到場，起初也束手無策，直至找來一個扁嘴吸塵機，才成功把亨利救出，讓牠與主人重聚。

研究：咖啡不能提神

【明報專訊】不少人以為飲咖啡可提神，但英國布里斯托大學的最新醫學研究顯示，常飲咖啡的人，因晚上睡覺時沒有咖啡到肚，會出現「咖啡因戒斷徵狀」，而早上第一杯咖啡，能緩和上述徵狀，反映咖啡並無醒腦作用，只是將注意力拉回到正常水準，事實上沒有任何提神效用。

依賴咖啡因 起床後不適

這份在英國營養基金會會議發表的研究報告指出，經常飲咖啡的人，有依賴咖啡因的情況，而在一夜睡眠後，體內的咖啡因刺激素減少，出現包括頭痛、睏倦等「咖啡因戒斷徵狀」，起床後喝下的第一杯咖啡不過是緩和這些不舒服的徵狀，故咖啡只是將人的注意力回升至正常水平，並無提神作用。

It’s a very terrible condition, that is same as drug addiction…………….  I must cut down coffee after completion of my degree course. Now I got the answer of why I was headache and feeling tired during my CNY holiday, as I stopped drinking coffee for 3 days. Next time, I wish I can have a cup of coffee due to relaxation, but not ADDICTION…  

（1）On the 1st day work after the Chinese New Year holiday, I was overslept till 8.30 am….    I have no choice, have to take half day urgent leave.

(2) On the 2nd day of work, I　was also overslept, which made me late for 5 minutes to work．

(3) Today, I was able to leave home on time. However, I was taken the wrong bus, I was so “smart” that got on the bus behind, which was not crowded. I only noticed it when I found the bus was turning right instead of going straight…  Finally, I had to take taxi to work and late for 10 minutes to work…

Never see a person is so blur as me…

Haha, I know why I always  feel sleepy  these few days…

Since the eve of the Chinese New Year till the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, I didn’t drink any of caffine drinks….

After I drank the 1st cup of coffee yesterday since the Chinese New Year. I am using the stored energy during the hoilday, and never sleep from yesterday till now, which is more than 24 hours…   

God…. help me…. Let me sleep ba….

During the Chinese New Years holiday, I only know sleeping, sleeping and sleeping….

Initially I planned to do my assignment 2. In fact, I Zzz more than 16 hours during the CNY holidays. And now, the half of my holidays already gone… T_T 

This time die la…. Today I must really work hard on my assignment 2….

I have a high expectation that you remember my birthday, but it’s too bad that you didn’t send me any of greeting SMS….

Feeling disappointed and sad without your greeting, and it gives me a clear signal of asking myself not to think too much about you… Since it’s impossible for us to develop a relationship…

基本上，我拿什麼袋返工與你無關。

我的袋是什麼牌子，你認不認識它們也與你無關。我自己開心便是了，你無需要評頭論足。

八婆，收嗲吧。。。

頭先在地鐵的車廂裏見到一位幾man幾型 0既日本男，身穿puma polo Tee，牛記加波鞋。 （Causal得來0個樣又man0個隻）

正當我欣賞他之際，他竟然用他的十指來重復地挖他的兩個金礦，仲要係挖得好用力，好疏乎0個隻。。。  就真係當堂乜0野遐想都被他的十指挖走晒！！！ 好在他是離我有半個車廂的距離，唔係都好驚他掂到我0架。

其實我0地每個人都有一些不雅觀的小動作，在不知不覺間流露了出來。（我自己本身也有，Hee hee ）所以我要寫下這篇blog來警惕自己戒掉它們，以免出醜，唔係0甘就好瘀皮啦。。。
