Neo Shifters

Friday, November 28th, 2008

Kyle is already requesting his gift for Christmas and he said he wants a blue Neo Shifter. I searched the net about the toy and this is the only blue character I saw.

Not sure if this is the one that he likes but I guess he’ll change his mind before Christmas comes. I think he’ll request for another toy after 2 weeks. :D

Beautiful Girls :D

Friday, November 21st, 2008

I have always wondered how the kids would look like if they were girls. Last night, we had a chance……… sort of. They were a bit hesitant at first, but after talking to them, we were able to put earrings on them. We were all laughing, because they were so beautiful!!!

They didn’t want us to take pictures, but we threatened them that they won’t be able to watch TV if we can’t. :D

Wish List: Speakers

Friday, November 14th, 2008

I’m so happy because I have new speakers, I got the Altec Lansing VS4121. I was a bit lucky since the salesperson said that they only had one left and I got a super discount.

I tested the speakers immediately at the store and I love it, the BASS was superb!!! The other customers in the store immediately noticed the sounds and looked at me as if they were saying “I want those speakers”. :D I still have one item left to complete my wish list, I hope I can get that too.

Christmas Wish List

Wednesday, November 12th, 2008

Because Christmas is coming, I now have a new wish list. Firstly, I’m looking for a decent 22 inch LCD that would fit my budget. My choices before were the LG 2252TQ and the Samsung 2253LW.

Both LCD’s are very good looking and (somehow) fit my budget, but after seeing the Hanns G HK221 LCD, this looks like the winner. Aside from having the standard input to connect to a PC, it also has HDMI, to connect devices like the PS3.

Typical response time of LCD’s are 5ms, but this one is only 2ms, plus it has built in speakers. Just attach a stand alone TV box and this can be an LCD TV. Yahoooooo!!! Hahaha :D

Next on my list are speakers, preferably Altec Lansing speakers. My choices are the ATP3, and the VS4121. The two speakers almost have the same specs, but problem is the availability, so maybe when I have the money and which ever speaker is available, that’s the one that I would purchase.

Do you have these items? What’s your comment? Thanks. :)

HKO: Quests

Thursday, November 6th, 2008

I really thought that I was already finished with the entire quest in Sanrio harbour and Florapolis, but after checking rini’s blog, it seems that I’m not. Now, I have to go back there again and finish all the quests there.

I was doing the “trouble of Latte 1 and 2” in London and was on to the next one which is “The Third box of latte”. I thought it would be simple since the description in rini’s blog was “go to chat room then open box 3” but I was wrong.

Rini posted that the quest also required completing all quests in Florapolis that are highlighted in red and I haven’t done any of those.

Now I know why my level hasn’t increased.

First Chemotherapy Session

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

My Mama was admitted last Wednesday around 2pm and was discharged Thursday 6pm. The doctor requested to do some tests first, including testing her heart before starting the chemotherapy. The chemotherapy went ok but we were all worried about the side effects, mainly vomiting. But surprisingly she hasn’t vomited since the day she was discharged from the hospital although she complains that parts of her body hurt and has lost her appetite. We try to give her solid foods but she prefers to just intake soup and milk only.

Hopefully she would feel better every day that passes and the pains in her body would fade away. Thanks everyone for praying!!!

Chemotherapy

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

My Mama is scheduled for chemotherapy today. The doctor said that she’ll first have I.V. dextrose for 6-12 hours (depending with the results) before the actual chemotherapy. I hope that she won’t have a hard time with the treatment since she isn’t in her best condition.

I’m asking everyone again to please pray for the recovery of my Mama. Thank you very much.
