how can it be that when the one who means the world to you is standing right there in front of you, but your attention is elsewhere, anywhere but fully on him/her?

if you’re really into someone, i dont think you can ever do that. cause your heart and mind wont allow you to. its just natural.

i am one who believes that when u are with someone you truly love, be it your family, your bff, or your other half, you can only be too focused on them and forget about the world.

thats why i hate it when action taken by one party is not reciprocated by the other.

like we have all seen too many instances whereby the guy is holding the girl’s hand, but the girl’s fingers aint pressing onto the guy’s hand too, just hanging freely there..

or like you see couples spending time together at romantic spots, to find the girl hugging the guy BUT the guy aint doing anything back. his hands arent coming up to hug the girl back, or at least put one of his hand on the small of her back. he’s just standing there. looking like it doesnt matter at all.

its damn hurtful you know.

so what if u’re in public places? truth be told, there isnt any private place in singapore at all. its totally okay if you’re not doing anything like is not suitable for the kids. a hug, a peck on the forehead or cheek is totally fine. not like you’re rubbing against each other like in some sleazy pub. RIGHT?

sometimes u just feel so touched and so much love when your best friend or your other half does something for you, or its just overwhelming in the spur of the moment that you wanna hug him/her. then do it!

i dont really care, and whats more, we only live once!

you dont wanna regret anything. like what if one party were to die tomorrow?

would you regret not returning the hug? or stopping your friend from doing something silly but funny in public, and you stopped her/him cause you’re embarrassed?

we look like small kids here hahaha. the mascots were really perspiring like mad. i touched the back of the mascot beside me and it felt warm and damp lol. poor them. alfred says the monkey mascot smelt real bad =/ hahahaha
