finally started talking to my poly bestie again.
so glad i took the initiative. seems like theres no barrier between us even though the long longgg period of not talking.
hopefully even if there’s a meetup, things would stay the same?

despite not talking for so long, true friends stay friends i guess. (:
we both have been together from year 1 till graduation.
and we were friends on her first day of school.

loads of secrets we share and she somehow always encourage me to study hard.
owe alot to her- due to her motivation i finally managed to complete my course.
the last year was really quite hard for me. i lost interest but she kept going, and this kinda urged me to go on.

even though she didnt tell me her results, i know she will do well.
and im sure she did. (:

urgh. my ring went for its 2nd resize. size 8.5 is still too big.
i have big knuckles and small fingers. lol. changed it to size 7.
ring will be ready before 6th March!

and i forgot to take leave for my Skin Centre followup appointment.
AND i forgot to write out my Feb medical claims in time T.T

vi came down to have lunch with me today after the interview.

laptop crashed :(
my IBM lasted a good 4 years before dying on me.
from year 2005 till now.
and it still worked nicely before the sudden crash.
now it cant start and i can hear scratching sounds from inside.
guess its a hard disk problem? sighs.
i think fixing it wont be worth it.
gotta get a new one soon but not yet 21 so no chances of getting it on installment from Courts!

life is so boring without a PC.
sucks. im halfway through a good mystery book, AND half way through Full House.

when you already have someone to call your own please treasure him.
seeing the way you flirt and make others fall for you but only to use them to your advantage when you are already attached.

this is the reason why its a joy to look at your stuffs cause i know i have everything you will never ever have.
its not those branded stuffs that you claim you love im referring to.
its the happiness in a simple life and the care from a perfect person.

this is somthing you will never have cause you’re too materialistic and care too much about what others think to enjoy what you really have at hand.

life is not all about riches and how many luxury goods you can afford.
its not gonna make your life more worthwhile or more enriching.
those are only entertainment and hobbies that add on to your way of life.
those arent the things that makes life fulfilling. dont you get it now?

hi!

yes FINALLY im updating.
its been a tiring week. and i guess there’s more workload to come from Wednesday onwards.
with manpower down, and sales increasing = ling’s workload doubling.

i cant believe the last time i updated was in December!!!
it seems like a short while only.

this year’s CNY was not all smooth sailing, but almost everything went well in the end (:
we visited both sides of our families though not always on time. lol.
cuzzie brought his pretty gf with him too, so im not alone in the awkwardness :D

time really flies.
its gonna be 5 months since i stepped into Citi. fast huh?

hmm. bf has never spent Valentine’s with anyone else before except with me! (:
this year is our 2nd Vday together.
First year we went to eat LJS cause he only had nights out. :( lol. he was still in army then.

this year aint very different.
plans were too last minute and we had Yoshinuya. LOL.
and their Valentine’s Day promotion was not worth any penny of it!
but had a good time with bf (:

repaired bf’s old watch, bought and personalised a card, bought a matching water bottle, and a Braun Buffel wallet for him (:
received an 18k 0.06carat diamond ring from him!
its my very first diamond ring! :D
though 0.06 carat is really nothing much but its not cheap too okay!
he’s not into buying gifts. mostly he just pay for all our expenses when we’re out together (which is everyday =x) but hey i pay for my own shopping trips okay.
so he rarely buys me stuffs.

i still remember on our 3rd month, he dragged me into Mini Toons and told me to choose something i like. LOL. i totally didnt take him seriously and pointed at everything and anything in sight. and then he told me he was serious about buying me something. lol then i really settled to pick one out.

next present was out of the blue. bf saw a doll off Singapore Bikes Forum. and so he bought Alice Bibichhichi for me. check out http://www.themonchhichi.com/ (:

this is his 3rd gift for me if im not wrong. lol. and the first time he ever spent so much money on a gift! really touched. :D
my ring is now with SK for resizing, i will only receive it on 25th Feb.
