Sit and reach - 42cm (C) like 2 more cms will be B already lor!!!
Standing broad jump - 191cm (B) 2 more cms will give me an A. zzz
Sit-ups - 33 (A)
Shuttle run - 12.1s (D)
Inclined pull-ups - 18 (A)
2.4km - >18mins. (failed)

after we’ve completed our task, Mr Teo met us in Lot 1 McDonalds, and he treated all of us to drinks!
nice chap, though he dressed SUPER sloppily yesterday
Mr Teo was wearing a school shirt, with the sleeves rolled up, showing his notveryfirm arms, with jeans that dont fit and slippers. a hairband on his rather long and thick hair completed the look.

met up with Ave at Bukit Panjang Plaza yesterday,
talked about plans of genting trip.
i may be going!
trying to talk my mum into letting me go.
at first she agreed, then less than 10mins later she told me no.

then went down town to meet my lil girl, Vivi.
had a long chat about what happened on Fri.
she was kinda in a state of shock after hearing the complete story.
some things happened while she was drunk and she was unaware of it.

she MIA-ed after that incident on Fri which really made all of us worry.
i do hope now she’s better.

rushed WET site visit report then rushed off to DXO with Vivi, Kristen and Shawn.
many things happened in just one night.
im super tired.
