i dunno what happened..dad says i sprained a nerve or something.
now my back, like his, cant bend if not it will hurt.
he hurts in the waist area..mine is the upper back, near the spine.
cant even slp on my side as usual..when taking my afternoon nap juz now i had to lie flat on my back and it took ages to fall aslp.
