And yes, whether you'd like to believe it or not Josh had been taking ideas and resources for quite some time without credit or the slightest bit of respect to DS. I had been as tolerant of it for as long as I could be. He needs to get his own ideas once and a while and give credit to others for what they do.
I'd rather not go giving out details and pulling up stories but trust me when I say his infringement on DS was not his first and will probably not be his last.

At this point it's all resolved. His IP's have been banned completely from the site so he'll have to go stealing content ideas and tutorials from some place else. I will have nothing else with hikaru hoshi and I personally deny such a site permission to any resources avalible on DS for violation of terms i.e. "no part of this site may be copied or reproduced without written expressed permission". How much clearer can I make it?

And I never said anything about the layout or the graphics quality. Why would that matter to me?
My issues are with Josh alone.
My only complaint about that yet again are the graphics available on hikaru hoshi that were made using DS resources without credit. At this point I'll simply cut my losses in the matter as long as no further new content is put up on HH using DS resources after said date of this blog post.
