A friend of mine who went to Hong Kong sent me this picture: Yep, Badtz’s head is in the shape of the bear’s.o_o And yes, it does say "Happy Bird" too - so it’s more than a little strange, and self-defeating.x_x Anyway, I thought it was a fluke, so I searched online for it, and I found this: Is this even official Sanrio?x_x It’s supposed to be a piggy bank (another animal!) so, yeah. 
Hi everyone! Haven’t updated in almost a week, I went on vacation (finally!) during the Christmas break, so I didn’t spend much time on the computer then. The good news: I was able to go on a trip to a gorgeous place (pictures to follow). Yay! The bad news is, I only got to play the Christmas HKO thing for two days, and only for around 30 minutes each, so yeah, I didn’t really get a lot done by way of the game, I think I only did two quests, the ones given by Hana-Maru. Anyway, here are some more screenies I got of the game: Hana Maru gives me one of his quests. It’s weird, because I was able to finish the first two ones, but when I loaded the game the following day, it didn’t count the second one, and it showed on my Quests page that it’s still not done. Apparently, there was a rollback (did I get the term right?:P), and for some reason, it didn’t count the candy canes I got before I logged off. Weird. Anyway, I got a scarf and a Santa hat as rewards. Yay! Here’s me trying on the pretty hat: Chippy Mouse gave me a quest too! Unfortunately, his wasn’t that nice: he wanted me to help him make snowballs so he can take revenge on Badtz throwing ‘em at him… To the point of dreaming about it.x_x I pitied the poor guy for what Badtz did to him (after all, he’s much smaller than XO), but I wasn’t going to help him get back at my fave character!XD The fact that I couldn’t farm that much snow in such a short time didn’t have anything to do with it, I swear! Since I was in NY, I checked up on Pochi, just to see if his tummy’s nice and full (if he’s still hungry after all the food given to him by the players during the Hunger Strike, I will seriously start doubting XO’s pet skills). Based on the fact that he squeaked when I showed him a strawberry cake, I’m thinking, yep, he’s still full.XD Look who I saw in NY too! Tsunko, Badtz-Maru’s sister or girlfriend! I tried asking her what her actual relationship with XO is, but she ignored me. Hurmph. Corny pink penguin. Maybe she got jealous because of my name.XD I saw Cinnamoroll in Harbor too, (two Santa Clauses showed me the way) and he gave me an event quest: His quest list was a little long though, so I didn’t think I could do it, so I just walked around. I had this thought of facing my worst nightmare in HKO to cure myself of my being scared of him, so I walked all the way to London to face my greatest HKO fear… O-Chan! Aaack! 
Merry Christmas everyone!^_^ Man, I wish for a farm like this. Kitty’s cute and all, but I’d choose Badtz any day.
HKO opened its door again yesterday (yay!) I didn’t log in during the first few hours, but I was able to sneak in and get a 30-minute peek (that’s some peeking XD) at what’s going on. Once I got in the game, the first thing I had to do was to check New York, of course! I found myself in one of the forests of Florapolis, so I checked the map to see which way’s New York at, and saw that it was quite close to Paris, so I started walking over there. As I skipped my way there, I found that my goldfish attention span extended even in HKO. I went and got screenies of the new stuff, namely, the Christmas/winter-themed stuff all over Sanrio land! Just as I was roaming around, I noticed something on the Guild chat. Turns out that the NY entrance is in Harbor.X_X So I trooped all the way back there. I saw Cinnamoroll on the way! He had a quest for me (it’s a special event quest, I think) I also saw one of the last remaining Kev clones. And GM-Calelean with the new GMs Zel and Miaow. Why’d GM-Cal suddenly transform into a gingerbread man?x_x And they’ve got this snow thing going around them. Freaky. Finally, I saw the entrance: It’s a sign!XD So I went in… And found myself in Badtz country greeted by… Chococat?o_O And the real Kevin.XD And GM-Abby too! She’s wearing a pretty dress. I’m jealous.x_x Anyway, I had to find my favorite character! Oh, and as I was exploring, I saw my new blogging friend otakutopian: I saw loads of Badtz-Maru stuff (XOs were all over the place, but I couldn’t see the real thing x_x). There were statues… A baseball field… And even a golden clock! But not the real thing.x_x I was about to give up hope as I entered the last building, but then I saw… Yay!
That’s a good mix, I think.^_^ I don’t really shop online though, I prefer the craze that comes when you actually go on malls or flea markets. That’s part of the fun in shopping. Man, I feel so lazy. School starts today, and I really don’t feel like going.x_x I just want to curl up and sleep.x_x I miss HKO.x_x Found some screenies I haven’t posted yet, and I thought I’d share it with you people. First meeting with Kuririn! I find it weird that his house is called Kurin though. Meeting with Rhythm in Paris. Photo op with My Melody’s grandparents. More celebrating after building the Statue of Kitterty Oh, and it was only on my last day in HKO that I realized that Florapolis had its own Mount Rushmore thing going on. I tried to reach Badtz for a photo op, but the way was blocked by trees. Bleh.

Not sure if you all know it, but there was an event in HKO yesterday called GM Pinata, or something to do that event. What you have to do is trade a GM as soon as you catch a glimpse of him/her. Sounds simple, right? Turns out it’s not.x_x They’re teleporting all over the place, and since there were probably around a thousand other people who were trying to poke and trade with them, it gets pretty crazy. I was in my farm in London minding my own business when all of us a sudden, there was this huge announcement (my vote goes for Neverender :P) going something like, "Go to Florapolis NOW!" So I trooped there, along with loads of people who were probably as startled as I am to think and just went with the red text.:P Anyway, in Florapolis, the madness started. Kaito was advising the HKO Founders to go and find their spot so they can have dibs if a GM comes their way, but the advice flew out the window when I saw my first GM - I gave chase! Muhahahaha! The party was then moved to the Harbor, and I think the newbies (and crabs, starfish, and hermit crabs) got scared of the army of players suddenly appearing in the area.x_x I wasn’t as lucky (or as skilled x_x) as the other people, so I ended up with only four items: a guy’s top, 50 white shining fragments, a Florapolis wand, and some poop.XD GM-Neverender was gonna give me an Elvis type of hair, but I think he accidentally clicked "Cancel".x_x GM-Ava was the easiest to catch - I caught her twice consecutively. I wasn’t really desperate to get a sheep’s card unlike the other players, because I don’t really take out Beau (my water dog) and Rover (my dino) around anyway, so I didn’t really mind not getting it. What I really wanted was to get burry balls, since that was the only quest I haven’t done and I was hoping for these freebies so I can finally complete it. Leopard glasses I could also use, but I didn’t mind not getting it. Eventually, I Oh yeah: I also saw SarahPalin and BarackObama in-game.o_o So funny, they also had Secret Service (really!) with them, and in cases when players would come near the characters, the Secret Service dude would say, "Not so close, please." So funny.:P Oh, and SarahPalin said that it was really her in the map chat. Oh-kay.o_O Oh, another funny thing to see is the army of Kevs in the area. My fave’s definitely "kevisnotapet". Hahahaha! Here are some screenies! Attacking GM-Wayne causes him to… Walk on water.o_o He’s a heartthrob too! Lookie at all the girls (and some guys) staring after him. Heh, he has an umbrella to whack the angry mob with. Invasion of Sanrio Harbor! Wahoo! Pochacco’s appeared in Flora and Harbor as the mini-games manager (or Sportsfest Agent). Hurray! He’s so cute! People going crazy, chasing after the GMs. I can’t even see myself in the mess! The Kev Army.O_O Read the names to get a laugh. I actually thought GM-Kev was also giving freebies, so I tried to trade with him, but apparently, he wasn’t.x_x Oh well. SarahPalin, BarackObama, and SecretService. I wanted to get Palin’s and Obama’s autograph, but the Secret Service guy shooed me away. Boo. Me and the rest of the people who invaded Kaito’s farm to get some of his spoils in the game.x_x Rin and I were cheering for our awesome guild leader.XD Lookie Badtz! Rescue-02 is literally the poster boy of London.XDbribed pleaded with begged Kaito to give me the burry balls he got from the event, and he agreed, in exchange for the 50 white shining fragments + the white and brown fragments I already collected for the quest! Woohoo! Hurray for Kaito!
Hurray for HKO Founders! We got 1st and/or 2nd place for the Guild Build event! This entry’s going to be a bit image-heavy.:P You have been warned. I was on Kaito’s farm, originally as an alternate in case one of them runs out of stamina (and we have no more food to replenish that) or if one wants to go on break, so I was on standby. What we got was the statue of Kitterty (according to saros, I think). The builders there were Makis, saros, suqua, MommyBanana, and Crystis. It was funny, because Kaito was there, and he acted as the foreman/bossman/leader of the Founders.:P Heh. Kaito’s really funny.:P As we were building the house, he was working on farming for carrots, so yeah. He’s the carrot king, owner of the carrot plantation.XD Here are the stages of the building: Stage 1a Stage 1b The supplies magically appeared on Kaito’s farm. Stage 2 Stage 4 (I’m not that bad in math.x_x I just forgot to get a screenie of Stage 3, which I found funny, because it looked like the arm thing was bonking Hello Kitty on the head x_x) The text here’s pretty funny. Kaito was messing with suqua, because she didn’t realize she stopped building. It was on this stage that I eventually took over Makis, since he was getting sleepy in RL. Completion: Woohoo! Need I say more? We went inside for a little victory party for finishing it. Say Founders! We also went to visit Grand Central Station… Hi Badtz! And Empire state! Another Badtz building! Wahoo! Yaaaay! Happy, happy! We definitely made our mark on New York! Yay!

Bleh. I envy Badtz, Hana Maru, and Pandaba. I’ve never trick-or-treated in my life. Ever.:P Anyway, I hope that those who do will enjoy the day.^_^
Pochi, bless his soul, is a hungry little thing.x_x I don’t think Badtz ever feeds him, because he eats. A lot. Here’s his food list: And to think he’s tiny. See? You can barely see him. (Is it just me, or are my feet transparent there?) Anyway, many outfits later, I’ve finally completed the quest! Woot! Thanks to Sebastius and Suqua for helping me out.^_^ And also to Sugar_chan, because she offered her extra roots.^_^ Anyway, I’m now in London! The first thing I did was to get my dream hair! I started doing the easy (read: non-violent) quests first, because I tried doing the one where I need to fight the spooky trees, and my second one promptly knocked me out.x_x Here’s my first look at my farm! I was hoping for a Badtz-Maru plot, but you can’t have everything. I also had a horse on my farm too! My first attempt at farming was a disaster. I finished the strawberry quest alright, but I wasted almost a hundred of the fertilizer to get the 15 strawberries.x_x Here’s a screenie of my first time harvesting my crops:
Woot! I’ve wanted to get the hairstyle ever since I saw it on someone, and I don’t think I’ll be changing my hairdo anymore.^_^ Liking this look. Oh and yeah, my outfit isn’t coordinated at all. I know.x_x I’m working on it though. I’m hoping higher-level clothes at least match, but hey, it’s better to look weird but extra-protected from creatures than to be stylish at times, right?
Woot! I’m finally done with the Florapolis quests! I haven’t left it yet though, I’m just collecting the stuffies I need to sew new threads (and to pump up my sewing skill as well. It’s my worst so far, so I have to make my stats there higher). There were a couple of times that I entered London territory though, and those were when I got freebies from some of my guildmates. I got stuff from Deepy and HelloKitty (thanks!^_^) The leopard leader bows them before the awesomeness of HelloKitty.:P Anyway! I got a different look now! Compare and contrast. This is how I looked like after a few quests: This is me (semi-now): Woot! Talk about extreme makeover! actually had blue hair before this one: But I swapped it for the black hair because I wanted to see how it looked like.:P I like the blue hair more though, since it looks more like me than the brunette one for some reason (and no, my hair isn’t blue). Oh yeah! I actually changed my top, so this isn’t what I’m using now. I haven’t gotten a screenie though, since I equipped it the last few minutes before maintenance.:P Now I’m wearing pink, but I liked the ones on the screenies more. I would actually wear a top like that in real life: cute look, and the color’s pretty too.^_^
