Whack the GM Day!
Not sure if you all know it, but there was an event in HKO yesterday called GM Pinata, or something to do that event. What you have to do is trade a GM as soon as you catch a glimpse of him/her. Sounds simple, right? Turns out it’s not.x_x They’re teleporting all over the place, and since there were probably around a thousand other people who were trying to poke and trade with them, it gets pretty crazy. I was in my farm in London minding my own business when all of us a sudden, there was this huge announcement (my vote goes for Neverender :P) going something like, "Go to Florapolis NOW!" So I trooped there, along with loads of people who were probably as startled as I am to think and just went with the red text.:P Anyway, in Florapolis, the madness started. Kaito was advising the HKO Founders to go and find their spot so they can have dibs if a GM comes their way, but the advice flew out the window when I saw my first GM - I gave chase! Muhahahaha! The party was then moved to the Harbor, and I think the newbies (and crabs, starfish, and hermit crabs) got scared of the army of players suddenly appearing in the area.x_x I wasn’t as lucky (or as skilled x_x) as the other people, so I ended up with only four items: a guy’s top, 50 white shining fragments, a Florapolis wand, and some poop.XD GM-Neverender was gonna give me an Elvis type of hair, but I think he accidentally clicked "Cancel".x_x GM-Ava was the easiest to catch - I caught her twice consecutively. I wasn’t really desperate to get a sheep’s card unlike the other players, because I don’t really take out Beau (my water dog) and Rover (my dino) around anyway, so I didn’t really mind not getting it. What I really wanted was to get burry balls, since that was the only quest I haven’t done and I was hoping for these freebies so I can finally complete it. Leopard glasses I could also use, but I didn’t mind not getting it. Eventually, I Oh yeah: I also saw SarahPalin and BarackObama in-game.o_o So funny, they also had Secret Service (really!) with them, and in cases when players would come near the characters, the Secret Service dude would say, "Not so close, please." So funny.:P Oh, and SarahPalin said that it was really her in the map chat. Oh-kay.o_O Oh, another funny thing to see is the army of Kevs in the area. My fave’s definitely "kevisnotapet". Hahahaha! Here are some screenies! Attacking GM-Wayne causes him to… Walk on water.o_o He’s a heartthrob too! Lookie at all the girls (and some guys) staring after him. Heh, he has an umbrella to whack the angry mob with. Invasion of Sanrio Harbor! Wahoo! Pochacco’s appeared in Flora and Harbor as the mini-games manager (or Sportsfest Agent). Hurray! He’s so cute! People going crazy, chasing after the GMs. I can’t even see myself in the mess! The Kev Army.O_O Read the names to get a laugh. I actually thought GM-Kev was also giving freebies, so I tried to trade with him, but apparently, he wasn’t.x_x Oh well. SarahPalin, BarackObama, and SecretService. I wanted to get Palin’s and Obama’s autograph, but the Secret Service guy shooed me away. Boo. Me and the rest of the people who invaded Kaito’s farm to get some of his spoils in the game.x_x Rin and I were cheering for our awesome guild leader.XD Lookie Badtz! Rescue-02 is literally the poster boy of London.XDbribed pleaded with begged Kaito to give me the burry balls he got from the event, and he agreed, in exchange for the 50 white shining fragments + the white and brown fragments I already collected for the quest! Woohoo! Hurray for Kaito!

Lucky! I didn’t even participate but GM-Abby appeared right by me. I tried to trade, but I guess I was too slow because she warped out right away!
