Phew! We made it, with a minute to spare! We thought Kuromi would have my fur (and in the frogs’ case, their skin) for almost not getting to her house on time, but I think she was in a very forgiving mood because Hiiragi was there, all shiny and sparkly. Bless him, otherwise, the scary story would happen on the spot, with us being the victims.@_@

Anyway, on with my story!

The Tale of the Were-Mimmy

There was once an Indian tribe ruled by a strict chief. The women weren’t allowed to follow the men, especially when they’re said to be out hunting. Mimmy, the chief’s daughter, beautiful as well as brave, followed her father one day, curious to see what they were about. She brought her faithful jugle cat with her, and together, they hid behind a huge boulder and plants and spied upon them.

Lo and behold! Instead of hunting, she saw that the men were performing magic! She was so focused on watching the wonders that she forgot she was trying to be careful, and both she and her mountain cat stumbled and fell right in the middle of the circle of men.

Since it was forbidden for women to see that the men were practicing magic, the medicine man performed magic, amazing as well as horrifying. The princess’s screams were heard even at the tribe, some miles away, but the shrieks became howls as her body was merged with that of her beloved cat. When it was all over, nothing of the beautiful princess or the mountain cat could be seen, but a grotesque combination of both. The horrible monster was cursed to live forever, roaming the hills and jungles, howling for the return of her body.

So when you’re outdoors, and you hear a strange roaring/howling sound, remember Princess Mimmy and the horrible curse - she might just be trying to find a way to get back to normal.

I’m typing this entry again from my mobile phone (technology: got to love it). I went trick-or-treating with my froggy friends at Donut Pond (Keroppi and Keroleen invited me along, and since the folks there won’t really mistake me for Kitty, I agreed immediately!) After collecting a load of candy (lactose-free, of course), we saw this house that looked haunted. Ganta wanted to TP it (since he had my flashlight, he was feeling pretty brave), but we just went inside to check if there are any ghosties there. There weren’t (phew!), but there were spiders and centipedes and millipedes and all the creepy-crawlies, which I think are scarier than those that go bump in the night. One incredibly huge bug even jumped on my pretty dress! Eek! As if the dust bunnies weren’t enough to make it not as nice as before!

Anyway, we’re now rushing to reach Kuromi’s birthday on time. You know how she gets when things don’t go her way. Better hurry, or it’s going to be my birthday we’ll be celebrating, not hers (and we know how bad that could be *evil laugh*.

Just kidding! Gotta rush! We’ll be telling creepy stories at the party so I’ve got to get mine prepared!

Mood: Excited

Yay! I’m really excited for this Halloween! Keroppi, Zashiki, Tabby, and I are planning on trick-or-treating right before we go to Kuromi’s Halloween/birthday party (don’t forget to greet her!), so it’s going to be a really fun day! I’ve already bought a costume: I’m a fairy princess!^^

It’s always been my long dream to be one, but roles like these are always given to Kitty, and I end up playing the part of the pauper, the maid, the assistant, the jester, etc. etc. etc. This time though, I get to be the princess. Hey, we only get to dress up like this once every year right?

To top it off, it’s going to be my birthday the day after tomorrow. Yay!

Oh yeah, I went shopping with Pink Bear, Lily, and the rest of their bear pals!^^ It was so much fun! We even have a picture together of our trip:

Aren’t we cute?^^

And I thought it couldn’t get any worse.:(

After posting my entry the other day about the EVA Airplanes, I checked their website, hoping (against hope) that they might have at least something that had me on it.

Unfortunately, I was even more disappointed. Do you want to know why? Check these out:

Yes, I know what your reactions are already: “Cute!”, “Kawaii!”, “Adorable!” “Aaawww…” (Did I miss anything?) That’s not the point! I know it’s cute, and I have nothing against Rory, Fifi, Cathy, and the others, but why am I not there? Obviously, I’m as cute as Kitty (Hello, we’re identical sisters after all), so why am I not there? I should be there, if not for my own sake, then for the simple fact that I’m Hello Kitty’s sister! What’s that about?

Sure, they’ve included me in two wallpapers, but do you know how sad that is? Check them out:

Yes, the area I encircled on the bottom picture is the only time Mama, Papa, and I appear on the wallpapers. You might have to squint or use a magnifying glass to see it. What bothers me is that I’m not even given the right color - I don’t really like orange (it makes my fur look beige), so why did they make me wear it?@_@ The only time where I’m actually there and wearing yellow, they made me have my back on the camera. Where’s the justice in that? Why did they cut me off completely? What makes me so different from Kitty?

Mood:

Guess which sister replaced her sib with her boyfriend?

I can’t believe Kitty actually did pick Daniel over me? So much for the old line, “Blood is thicker than water” - evidently, she chose her guy over her very own sister!

Look at this:

Sorry, if it’s a bit small - it’s the biggest I could find. Here’s another version of it :

See? The wing actually covers me! I’m hardly seen at all! To top it off, Kitty’s off on that hot air balloon with Daniel! I mean, we made a promise to each other before that we’d go on hot air balloon rides to bond as sisters ever since we had our first “furry tale adventure”.

since we’re away from distractions and crazed fans and all that, and she broke it!

Now I’m really hurt.:’( I would understand it if products have my sister’s face on it(yeah, sure, argue that we have the same face too. I’ve heard that line a million times already), but to have your sister betray you just stinks.:’(
