Mood: Contemplative
I chanced upon one of the blogs here asking whether someone can change his/her personality.
The first thing that popped in my head was, “Can Kitty change her personality?” (something that I obviously want to happen), but since the question was posted by a moderator, I thought that maybe I should answer the question more seriously (and I’m too tired today to vent my spleen out).
I’m sure it can. I mean, look at me. I used to be a willing doormat of Kitty until I saw the light (or rather, the jpg). Now I’m willing to go all out and… Fine, fine. I won’t break my promise. I’ll leave my ranting for another day.
I read somewhere (yes, an actual book. Not just a plain ol’ leaf) that it takes 21 days to form a habit. For sure, a change of personality is way bigger than a habit, but you have to start somewhere, right? Whether you want to change from bad to good (or vice versa), you really need to work and focus on it, because it’s an active choice to avoid or do something. You have to be totally committed to it, and of course, pace yourself well in that road to change, otherwise, you’ll start out really well and then burn out when you reach the middle.
Of course, I could always be wrong. I’m just a cat, after all.:P

Hi nice Mood Swings blog, you have any connections in San Francisco, CA? Traffic was especially bad this afternoon, even for a Thursday. What do you think of my site, http://www.gregorygarver.com
