Sitting down and thinking about stuff is nice. Anyway, here’s the scoop: Instead of having the Guild Build today, we will instead announce the needed materials to build these New York icons. REMEMBER THE RULES FOR THE GUILD BUILD STILL STAND.

Empire State Building

• High Quality Maple x 50
• Fine Copper x 10
• Fine Iron x 10

Statue of Liberty

• Rough Stone x 80
• Glossy Stone x  60
• High Quality Maple x 40
• Fine Copper x 12
• Fine Iron x 12

Grand Central Station

• Rough Stone x 120
• Glossy Stone x  30
• High Quality Maple x 60
• Fine Copper x 14
• Fine Iron x 14

However, by around 8.30 pm EST, Neverender will make another announcement about a couple more “mystery materials” that he will need in addition to the keys that will be traded for the house certificates :).

By 10 pm EST, he will announce that he is ready to accept trades. Neverender will be waiting in his farm and the giving away of keys will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For anyone who wants to build a house NOW, you can have a chance of building your own, non-NY related house - a Mulberrie house - if you show up in his farm bearing:

• Fine Copper x 10
• Fine Iron x 10

Take note that up to 5 guildmates can help you build your farm Also, some of the requirements of the Mulberrie house, need a lot less than what’s required You’ll see. Also, don’t put in the axes and scissors all at the same time. Trust us.

However, there are only windows of opportunity for you to visit Neverender’s farm. Keep your eyes peeled for his announcements.
