You may use the points you earned for your activity to buy certain items from the Hello Kitty Online Item Mall. Only items which are marked with a Loyalty Point price, indicated by a small Kitty head can be bought. - How do I gain Sanrio Loyalty Points?

Please also be aware that a longer inactivity on SanrioTown can lead to a point deduction as well! - Why did I have a very high number of Loyalty Points in the very beginning of the game but now a negative value of Sanrio Loyalty Points?
In order to make it possible for you to earn points on SanrioTown and spend them a little later in the Hello Kitty Online game, we needed to establish a link between the game and SanrioTown. During this process unfortunately some of you, who never did more than registering for the game were given a very high number of SLP by mistake.
As the system behind the allocation of Loyalty Points is still in the process of fine tuning, the mistake was discovered and reverted automatically. Meaning the points that were given out by mistake were deducted again. For some users, who already used those points, given by mistake to buy Items, this meant that they got a negative value of SLP.
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused from the still ongoing adjustment of the SLP system and will reset all users with negative SLP to 0 SLP again. The respective users are allowed to keep the items that they bought for the falsely allocated SLP.
