As in, Tsukiji like fresh taste, but for a really low price for Hong Kong where quality Sushi usually sets you back around 800-1000, this one for lunch is 180-250.

Sushi Hiro at the 10th Floor of Henry House in Causeway is a real winner, I’ve been there 5-6 times and have never been dissapointed, prices however fluctuate upwards really quickly for dinner time.

Look at these prices, food quality is good but prices, even at the airport which is normally expensive is very reasonable. A full meal of high quality Japanese Sushi for around US 7 or less than HKD 50.
