I admit I am hesitant in carry around a Hello Kitty bag at this age (sigh … stepping on to the 3’s in not that many days), but this one looks so elegant it might pass the exception line!

I am personally not a fan of videogaming but I notice a lot of people (especially kids) are carrying a NDS or PSP around town these days, including my niece and nephew!

Temperature still running high around 103F, hope it will go down soon!

Baby Ethan is running a fever and got really fussy when we tried to measure his temperature with one of the regular ear thermometer.  Wonder if the Hello Kitty variety would make any difference?

Going to give him his 2nd dose of medicine in a few minutes, hopefully the fever will go away soon!

Well, as one member puts it, if we can’t own it, looking at the pictures will make us happy nonetheless!

For some unknown reasons the temperature in Toronto has dipped down to the 10’s and 20’s these days, forcing me to pull my Hello Kitty Jackets out from the closet. 

Some of my favourites include - a princess look Hello Kitty jacket in beige:

I especially liked the details - a blushing + winking Hello Kitty in the front and Hello Kitty with a crystal crown at the back:

On a cooler day, I will wear this fleece jacket - very simple but keeps me nice and warm:

This was also available in Shocking Pink but YeungBaBa thinks it’s a little too pink (for my age?) so I settled for the dark grey.

For the even colder days, I resort to my Limited Edition Hello Kitty sweater:

It’s about 8 years old now but still in pretty good condition - I loved loved loved it although I think I probably outgrow that jacket (by age, not by size - haha) and should really consider putting that aside some day.

The old saying goes you can put away your winter clothes once you had the Chinese sticky rice dumplings.  Well, we had the dumpling earlier this month but it seems like our winter clothes are here to stay for at least another week … sigh!!!

This time Hello Kitty is bringing you to travel around the world:

Not sure how it is played … but it looks just like the Chinese checkers (aka Stern-Halma) except you are hopping Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel instead of little marbles.  Sure made me miss the old days when I used to play this game with my siblings!

I have always wanted a timeless pearl necklace that I can dress either up or down with.  But I have to save up a little more to get a nice authentic pearl … but at the mean time, maybe a pink Hello Kitty one will do?  hehe

Do you enjoy the game LIFE?  I used to love playing that game as a kid and it’s now available in Hello Kitty version:

The best part I like about the game is I get to put  kids on my car AND I get to pick whether to have a pink (girl) or a blue (boy), but I don’t seem to see a car on this version nor any mini Hello Kitty - maybe Hello Kitty is not planning to make some babies in her life? haha

Okay … fathers might have very little to do with Hello Kitty, but there are actually some very cute Men’s stuff available at the Hello Kitty Store in Shibuya near Tokyo:

I remembered that on my first trip to Tokyo, I bought a Hello Kitty tie for my ex and back then, my mom said at the mall - ‘if he would wear this tie in public, he really loves you’.  Well, he did wore it at least once, but I am not so sure about the he really loves you part hahaha
