I am having a great weekend thus far.

Yesterday, my next-door-neighbor (also my best friend), her little sister, another friend, and I went to the creek. The creek is in our neighborhood - we rode our bikes there. We found some nets that somebody had left there, so we used them to try and catch frogs or fish. Unfortunately, there was little sign of life in the water.

So, we walked in the creek (luckily, I was wearing flip-flops), far out into the trees. Occasionally stopping at the beaches, we looked for a cod that had been seen the other day. No sign of the cod.

But, at the end of the day, we did find a frog. We caught it, admired it, and then let it go.

I don’t know if you guys think this is fun, but it was fun for me. I had a great day yesterday.
