I was browsing through the Internet when I came upon this site. It’s apparently a prestigious photography contest, and the winners become included as part of “Nature’s Best Photography.” I couldn’t resist taking a peek at the 2007 winners. This picture’s one of my favorites:

I love the vibrant colors of this photograph, not only that of the main subject of the shot, but also the intentionally blurred background. What makes this shot special for me is that this was just taken at the backyard of the photographer - giving hope to aspiring photographers like me that we can do the same thing right at home.
