Today was the first time we had a kitchen laboratory at school.

I was excited because I’m going to learn something new today

and I’m going to try different cutting techniques with the

vegetable I bought from Mom’s shop.

Before I started working at the kitchen, I took my pictures first

wearing my complete Chef’s uniform.

I remembered I haven’t had a photo taken wearing that so I

took the opportunity to do that.

The kitchen activity was not that tiring although I did a lot of

washing dishes and stuff. I enjoyed peeling the vegetables

using the peeler (my favorite kitchen tool next to egg slicer)

and tasting the croutons and the ham.

Surprisingly, that went well except for the green leafy thing.

The arugula was yucky, or I wasn’t used to eating veggies.

Yes, I don’t eat veggies. They’re not my favorite food.

Back to the green leafy thing, the taste was so strong. I literally

had to run to the locker room to get my bottled water.

This might look tasty but IMO, not everything in it is delicious.

I like the combination mirlitons and carrots and ham

(we add some croutons, cucumber and slices of hard boiled egg afterward).

Maybe the veggie lovers (not necessarily vegetarians) will like this.

The dressing is OK, we also made that from scratch.

Hopefully next time we had a really really delicious recipe.

I’m back from nowhere. Been busy with school activities and later on with Dennis. The University week was over and I’m very glad that no accidents or unwanted events happened aside from the fact that my eyes got irritated due to prolong used of my contact lenses. Nothing serious. Then most of my project for our department was canceled. I don’t know if that’s a good news or not, but I definitely welcome it. Less responsibility, less hassle. Moving on, I was really excited when HKO announced that there will be a Valentine’s Event on HKO. I really did plan on spending my weekends playing but something happened. Between the dates of our University week and HKO’s Velentine’s Event I stumbled upon a hottie, a Greek god of oozing sex appeal and charm with a warm generous smile. I don’t know if you’re familiar with him, he’s name is Dennis Joseph O’Neil and he’s a model-slash-actor in Korea with a screen name of Dennis Oh.

He’s the one behind my smiles these days. This sounds creepy but all my plans after college are related to him, like where to work? Orlando, Florida or Seoul? What kind of work? So on and so forth. All I could think of is him and I’ve spent my afternoons watching his CF/MV/Soaps/Interviews on youtube. All of the things that I love came second to him like Sailor Moon and Hello Kitty. *sigh* I don’t know what will happen next.

To Dennis,

I know you wont be able to read this but WTH I’m still going to write this! Okay, here it goes…

First, I just want to let you know that I support you 101% in everything that you do. Even if you fail or in hardship I’m still going to support you and you won’t hear me complain. It’s ok to relax sometimes, you’re a human too and you have limits. Don’t overdo things. Take it easy.

Second, keep on smiling. You don’t know how much motiviation your smile is to me. Corny as it may sound but it’s what keeps me from giving up. Remember that when you smile, the world smiles with you.

Lastly, it hurts so much but I know you’re already taken either that you have a girlfriend or a fiancee or much worse - a wife. You’re gorgeous so I there’s no doubt that you have one of those waiting for you. I just want to tell you that I envy her because she has you and she must be a really great girl because she got your heart. I wish you both happiness and good health. That’s all.

That was, err… pretty scary right?

I wasn’t able to update yesterday because I got lazy.

To summarize what happened yesterday

and the day before…

I was asked by my professor in my major subject

if I could stand as a witness because she’s

about to file a written report to one faculty member

for oral defamation. It’s a big thing because

the one that she’s going to report was my

professor last semester. Oh, don’t get me wrong

it would really do good for the entire Department

if that professor would be taught a lesson of

humility and respect. The only thing I’m worried

about is that he thinks we’re close.

I believe in justice, so I want to help my prof. I’m

going to be her witness. Other students are already

calling her name that was given by my previous prof.

Tsk. Really bad. I hope he’ll get kick out of the

university.

Yesterday was my parents 27th Wedding Anniversary.

Everytime they celebrate their anniversary

I feel like getting old. Maybe because it’s the

sign that I will be celebrating my 27th birthday

later this year… November 1 to be exact.

Yeah, same as Hello Kitty’s birthday. That’s why

I wasn’t able to go out last year. I celebrated my

birthday online, thru Hello Kitty Online.

Today’s Outfit:

I’ve been up as early as 5:00a.m.  It’s not the usual time I wake up but I need to be early for school. Yes, I still have to go to school on Sundays.

 As usual, I start my day dressing up my poupee  and that usually takes

30-45 minutes. I’m so picky when choosing what to wear  but I

don’t have that much in my closet.

Anyway, I’m glad I didn’t took a cab when going to school this morning.

I’m supposed to be at the school before 8:00a.m. but my morning routine

took longer than usual  I don’t know why though. I had a quick

breakfast on the way to school and as I’m expected, I arrived

15 minutes late.

Now, I’m still at school posting this blog entry. I’m a bit sleepy because of waking up early. A friend invited me to drop by in our usual meeting place.

I’ll do that before going home.

I am tempted to skip classestoday but I have realized that I had so much to do and so much to miss if I go absent to one of my class. My throat is very sore and I cough dry I need to rest actually. Or is it just laziness?

Oh, I had a deadline with the invitation that I’m supposed to do. I must submit it before January 20.  I’m so lazy that I wonder if I’ll be able to meet the deadline. If not… then  Get what I mean?

I think I should stop now. I have to do two assignments for later. See how lazy I am? I’m supposed to do this last night but I’m too sleepy when I got home.

Its Friday once again.  I can’t say its my favorite day of the week because school days doesn’t stop at Fridays, we still have Saturdays and Sundays for community service. I’m just glad that a week is finished without anything bad happened with me or my loved ones. I don’t think I would be that busy next week but I’m expecting they’ll want my draft or sketches for the invitation they assigned to me for our HRM Week Awards Night. Better work on those now.

I know I said that I would be more responsible and avoid procrastination at all cost but the weather was so beautiful, its sunny but cold, I wanna savor this weather because come March or April it would be one hell of a summer. Its  nice to have a nice nap every afternoon or prolong your stay in the bed. I would prefer to stay in bed in my condition now. I still have a flu and I can’t breathe properly. Its very rare to have this kind of weather at our country. We usually have warm, hot and hotter.

Hooray~! I have learned how to make my blog more attractive and less boring. I have added ICONS~!! or SMILEYS~!!  Aren’t they cute? I still have to learn how to change font colors and font types.

Yay! I had finished my oral report! I still have one more left then I’m free to do whatever it is that I needed to do. Now, I’m preparing my report about kinds of Cruise Ship for my Tourism subject. I already got a blueprint or something of an international cruise ship, all I need now is the blueprint of a local one. I need to finish my report by next week so I could present it confidently in front of the class and start working on my Midterm and Finals project. I don’t run out of things to do besides from helping in school events.

Uhh, until now I haven’t bought a sketpad for my Hello Kitty drawings. I would have loved to draw Hello Kitty and friends and post them here. I don’t think I would be able to do it this semester because of so much things to do. I hope by summer vacation I could work on my drawings. I really miss to draw. I need something to post here and to my deviantART.

Today’s outfit:

I’m still sick but I will continue and finish my report today so I could finally move on to my next report which is I don’t know when but I’d like to work on it now so that I won’t feel stressed because of deadline. Oh, before I get to work on my next report I have to help a friend to her research. Yes, I’m a helpful person. I just wish my flu will get better before my report so I won’t have difficulty speaking or breathing. It sucks to have clogged nose.

Yesterday, despite of being sick and drowsy I still manage to deliver my report on Filipino. Thank goodness that my topic is very easy and it doesn’t require much explanation and examples. Thank goodness too, that my professor was in good mood yesterday or else I might be embarrassed in front of my classmates.

Come 3rd week of January I will become busy because of school activities. I have four school events that require my skills and assistance.

Oh, and before that I still have to participate in our outreach program that will be held outside of Metro Manila. I wonder which province we will be assigned to?

My Outfit for Today:

I think I just reached my limit with regard to  stress. I haven’t been able to get a decent sleep these past few days because (1) there are mosquitoes inside our bedroom and I became their meal for two consecutive nights because my sister was not able to clean our room after New Year, (2) as soon as the classes resumes my professor gave us topics to report and guess what… I’m second on the list. The report was given last Wednesday and it’s due yesterday (but I only finish discussing the intro). I would have plenty of time working on that report  if it was not for our P.E. dance practices. We had our practice last week twice and it was on my vacant period (Thursday) and Sunday which is the day I usually do our laundry (I plan to work on my report while the laundry machine is working :P). I ended up doing my report first, as soon as I got home… around 8p.m. My sister was kind enough to offer help regarding our laundry, but was not kind enough because I still have to rinse them with water after I’m done with my report. I hit the sack around 2:30a.m. and woke up 8:00a.m. to finish my visual aids. By then I was already feeling a little bit uneasy because I always get a sore throat whenever I sleep late. I went to school a little bit early to have my report printed and photocopied. Fortunately, I was able to attend almost all of my classes (except Management because I have to do research for my report today!) even though I’m very sleepy and starting to have a headache. My one of my professor (a lady) sent me a message requesting that we go home together. So even though my bones ache from washing our clothes and I’m sleepy and having a headache I still grant her request. I wish I didn’t, but I did. Worse, she dragged me to the mall. By the time I got home I already have a severe headache so I changed into PJs as quickly as I could. Next thing I new it’s 4:00a.m. and I have a slight fever! LOL. See how busy I am?

Now, I’m up early and working on my second report. I wanna cry.
