Blade of the Immortal finally comes to Anime! This best selling Manga has been dying to get animated for years. Its currently airing on local Japanese TV and if I’m not mistaken is on its 3rd episode. I’ve seen the first two and so far I can say that it is faithful to the original story of the Manga, although the violence and gore has been toned down a bit.
Basically, the story is about a Ronin Samurai who wants to regain his honor and atone for the sins of his past. He can’t die because he has the curse of immortality so he now lives his life by helping the weak.
Worth a watch but parental guidance is needed.

i didn’t like the animation. blech. the manga’s better than the anime on this one, definitely.

Well, they’re trying to keep the violence to a minimum on the Anime. Its a given, lol…
