This is called “gotochi wagashi hello kitty die-cut mini memo pad”. “Gotochi” means “available in limited places”. “Wagashi” is Japanese sweets (cakes). In this memo pad, Hello kitty is “ichigo daifuku”(a soft rice cake stuffed with strawberry and sweetened bean jam).
