This is a favorite of my family’s. Even started just making them without bananas for those who don’t eat them.
1 cup flour
1/2 c sugar
1 cup cold water
sliced apple bananas
Fry in a little oil on med heat. You can add bananas to the batter first or place bananas in pancake once inside the pan. The pancakes are not fluffy but resemble a dense mochi. And no fighting over the crispy bits.
