Just in time for the Beijing Olympics 2008! CI Boys just released their Sports Series trading figures. With 12 different characters to collect like:  Deri Judo, Poka Kayak, X-Cite Archery, Nomi Waterpolo, To-7 Ice Hockey, Nomi Snowboard, Hiro Swimming, Poka Weightlifting, Migu Gym.

This series is very limited. The manufacturer will never produce once sold-out. So better start opening those boxes! Who knows, you might even pick the most coveted chase figure.

Got these from the post this afternoon. 2 cases of Gundam 1:400 random figures! HLJ had some stuff on sale so I got these. Each pre-painted figure needs a little assembling and each comes with a labeled stand. I have opened all the boxes and luckily no doubles.  Got also some good ones like Gundam Exia, RX-78-2 Gundam, ZZ Gundam, Shining Gundam. I also got a gold version of Wing Gundam!

This set of diorama collection consist of 2 sets of diorama figures. Both diorama sets feature Pokemon characters from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series. The 2 sets of figures are: Turtwig, Piplup & Munchlax (Explorers of Time), Bidoof, Pikachu & Chimchar (Explorers of Darkness. Each figure is about 1.5" and comes with a mini-base.

I visited the Philippine ToyCon last June 14, 2008. It was a two-day event but I didn’t bother visiting again the next day because it will drain my wallet. Compared to the previous years’ ToyCon, it was always the same with a lot of retail booths. If you’re an anime fan though, you’ll like this event.
