Runeheim is ruled by two empires, Selestia and Deltiana. These two countries have been at war with each other and both suffered serious consequences. When the emperors die, the two countries enter a truce, sealed by the exchange of royal hostages.

Windy X Windam is a 2D-style fighting game based on a Japanese anime series.
