@_@ Gundam blocks!!!

I’m a building systems fan, Lego, C3, Mega Bloks, etc…I love them all! No matter how young or old one is, this is the best toy ever. (buyers should still note the label for hazardous parts though)

Upon seeing this set, my world went…BOOM! Gundam and blocks combined and it’s a Zaku too! My crazy world suddenly fell into pieces then was miraculously rebuilt again.

(mutters: Gundam blocks, Gundam blocks, Gundam blocks…)

Truly amazing! This masterpiece is simple to build and fun to play with, this set comes with Mega Bloks colored bricks to build the MS-06F Zaku II and extra parts to build a jet pack attachment and armaments for Attacker, Sniper, and Grappler modes. Mega Bloks Denim and Gene figures are also included.

Final Fantasy VI Chrome Moogle

Sunday, January 6th, 2008

Another Moogle entry. Hehe. Yeah, I’m a Moggle fan! They’re cute and cuddly.

This is another item I found in eBay. Just like the Jumbo Moogle plush doll, this is a collectible and very hard to find. Again, I was willing to pay a lot for this but the seller won’t ship to my country. :(

Anyway, presenting the cute Moogle from Final Fantasy VI! It’s a chrome figure of Mog, the human-loving, fast-talking, street-smart Moogle! This figure is very limited and was produced individually numbered in a never repeated run of 3000.

A Fun Way to Shed Unwanted Pounds

Saturday, January 5th, 2008

One of our new year’s resolution is to loss weight or go on a diet. For so many years, it has been on our list but we never got to do anything about it. Promises made, promises broken…the road to a healthy and beautiful body is not easy and it takes a lot of commitment in order to achieve one.

I understand the feeling that it’s no fun to go on a strict diet while everybody else in the family is eating cake and ice cream or wake up very early to do some brisk walking outside or stay away from the computer to avoid heavy thighs. Truly, it’s no fun at all!

We need to keep fit though, no matter what. It’s not just about looking good, but also staying healthy. So, here’s a fun way to shed off those unwanted flab and pounds: a video game that not only gets you in shape, they can help you stay there.

The current “game-cercize” craze is spearheaded by Nintendo, who recently launched their exergame Wii Fit in Japan to chart-topping success, a significant achievement for a game that simulates yoga poses and exercise routines. Using a custom-built peripheral called the Wii Balance Board, players engage in a variety of physical activities aimed to build strength, improve balance and increase aerobic stamina. The board also acts as a scale, measuring weight while tracking the player’s body mass index (BMI).

Add this to your 2008 want list since the English version is set to be released this year. Lucky for those who can read Japanese, you can get this unique game now.

This is definitely a remarkable and fun way to remove those excess pounds and have the body we’ve always wanted. Wii Fit!!! Hurrah!!! XD

Mario Strikers: Charged

(Wii version)

Play football the Mario way! This is different than the average football game. Focusing on the special abilities of the team captains, this game will surely make your life more exciting. XD

The team captains all feature a Super Ability which can be used to devastate their opponents, ranging from Mario growing to giant proportions and trampling other players, to Peach taking a photo and freezing the entire opposing team on the spot. Tactical use of these super abilities can break down even the most stubborn defence.

The Wiimote brings a dynamic new element to Mario Strikers: Charged Football, encouraging the player to make instinctive physical movements to achieve the desired effect within the game. Basic movement and strikes are executed using the analogue stick and buttons on the Wiimote and Nunchuk, but when the pressure is on, players can use their instinctive movements to affect the gameplay.
