I found out that my daughter definetely appreciates a good looking man.

 She is nine.

I am having a hard time processing this.

Anyhoosen, my daughter, my sister and myself were coming out of a bookstore. As I was walking down the stairs, I saw the most gorgeous man in my life. Then my sister saw him and she was hustling to see past the people walking in front of her, blocking her view of Mr. Fine. I was laughing when I heard my daughter say ‘ooooohhhhhhh’. She was looking too. Me and my sister paused, then laughed. My daughter’s face was aglow in love.

I know it is natural for her to like boys, but I am not ready for this yet… Maybe I should be comforted by the fact that she has good taste in men.

I won’t lecture anyone on how important this election is, but wow- I have never seen such passion about a presidential canidate- kids are even excited about the election. My daughter loves that Obama a Milli remix song and plays it at least twice a day…. She is nine.
