I am counting the minutes until I go on vacation: 30 minutes until my week of freedom.

I am so excited. I don’t think I have been this excited about a vacation since my last vacation.

I am not going anywhere. I am staying home and enjoying the sites around the city without the weekend crowds with my daughter. It will be fun. I have plenty of knitting and reading to do. woo hoo.

I seem kinda boring, but believe me, I need the downtime after all the running I do at work and in life. This is a very welcome break.
