I have a lot of acrylic yarn… A scary amount. I am also a lil bit stressed from life and so forth, so I am embarking on an adventure to make the longest multicolored scarf I can. So far, I have knit 5 inches and used three colors. It will be a nice project to do when I don’t want to count, measure or do anything other than turn the needle around after finishing a row. The scarf is on my bed, on top of my pillows, waiting for me to return to it when I am up at midnight unable to sleep because I am too wound up.

I have been busy and have not been knitting as much as I want to. I am currently working on a vest that will recycle the yarn from an unsuccesfull sweater attempt, which is my second unsuccesfull attempt at a sweater. I have only attempted to knit a sweater twice. Sweaters are too much of a commitment for me I guess. Which is like my love life. I flinch when I meet those “sweater” men who are in it for the long haul. I always wonder if they will run out in frustration, (they don’t) like I wonder if I will run out of yarn in the same color when I attempted to make the sweaters, which I did once. That is a bitter story for me. I still cringe when I think of it. oh well, on to knittin’.
