Jingle Bells- Batman smells

The Christmas season is underway! I am so excited. We put up our dinky tree already and my daughter picked the annual fancy ornament and I bought some more *bling* ornaments and pink christmas lights too. Our tree is absolutely sparkly.
After we decorated the tree, I sat down with a cup of tea and wrapped some of my daughter’s presents while she went to the neighbor’s house. I had already wrapped some presents a few nights before and explained to my daughter that Santa had made a mess in the house wrapping presents. She was kinda suspicious, but I think she believed me because a few days later, she was explaining to my neighbor that Santa was a mess and that he was wrong for that.
So while I am doing all this shopping, decorating and explaining, I am also knitting. I have done a lot, but I am stuck on the scarves. I am bored with them. That is why I stick to small projects. I should have known better.
I found a project for the glow in the dark yarn. I made a hat for my neighbor upstairs with earflaps and with the glow in the dark yarn used in a fair aisle pattern. It is cute. I saw a guy on the bus with a hat like it, and I stared at his hat so hard, he thought I liked him. I just wanted to figure out how his hat was made. He was a cute young thang though.
