I noticed that my blue and gold scarf could use a run through the wash. So I put it in the wash with the intention of taking it out and reshaping it. But I forgot and it ended up in the dryer.

It shrank. 

All the stitches with my letters on it are mushy.

I want to weep. But I will live

Now I can see.

The last two weeks have been very akward. My glasses broke smack dab in the middle and I was blind. I have had a ceasarian, my wisdom tooth pulled and my gall bladder removed, but not being able to see was hooooorrrrible.  I superglued them back together, and they held up pretty well until they just decided they could take no more and broke again. In all, I superglued those suckas three or four times, the last time I used a piece of paperclip as reinforcement and they held up until I got my fly new glasses. I now have a work pair and a red “party” pair.

Yay. Now I can see what I knit.
