Yay, My birthday is finally here (sorta, april 22). I just remembered like 3 days ago XD.
I feel really old T-T. I know 22 isn’t all that old but I feel like I should still be in high school or something o.O. I’m still mistaken for a 16-year-old at work all the time XD. Not sure if it’s good or bad.
Somehow my birthday never quite goes as planned. I was hoping to go to the botanical gardens for hanami before the rush of people start flooding the place… but alas Joe has work T-T. And whats the point of viewing pretty cherry blossom trees if you can’t do it with the person you love *sob*. Ah well.

Might go buy new lip piercing stuff tomorrow then… and I’m sure I’ll be tempted to get a second hole in my lip XD. I’m just not sure if they can initially put an acrylic retainer in a new piercing as I can’t have metal in my face at work O_o. I shall ask though ^^. Happy birthday to me *puts hole in lip* hooray!
I was thinking maybe of a tattoo…. but that’s something I’d rather put a TON of thought into… well I have put a ton of thought into it but I’m just not sure what to start with XD.

Night!

Wow, been a long time since I posted anything o_O! I should… go back and look at wtf I posted last time… but I’m really that lazy right now.
So no my lack of posting hasn’t been for laziness issues. Mainly I’ve just been overly busy. Quite a change XD.
I don’t remember… if I mentioned I work part time at Petco now… but I do XDD. Only like 4 days a week but it still gets exhausting. I’m quite enjoying my job though. All those years of owning one of every animal in existence finally pays off. I basically take care of animals all day… and answer lots of questions. Down side is I’ve picked out like 2938752985 animals I’d like to bring home now XD. I got a new HAM! He’s soooooo cute and thankfully doesn’t bite like my other ham. ATTACK HAMMY! I named him cotton ball… cause that’s what he looks like :3! I also got another betta fish XD. I was so heart broken when my mother killed Gabriel ToT I actually didn’t want a new fishie for a while… but another girl at work found showed me a white crown tail with a hint of moon glow… so I had to get him XD. No other new little friends to report on… and hopefully there won’t be any more any time soon ( if I can help it ).
Besides all that theres been school… but I only have class once a week now! Kind of like it that way, 4 days of work, 1 day of school, 2 days to myself (*cough*internetalldaylong*cough*). I think it’s a fair enough balance.

Ummm… I think I might actually re-do this site… like I don’t have enough projects going on now XD. I think I’d like to upgrade to wordpress though. Just has so much more then cutenews.. and right now I have that stupid division zero error thingy or something going on that I’m really just not motivated enough to fix XD. Not to mention I could use a new layout. My current band obsessions are Alice Nine and SUG… which one will win the battle as Manda’s new layout theme?! Who knows, who cares, depends what kind of pretty pictures I find…. I’m thinking most likely alice nine… in a style to match my new myspace layout. I’ll get to it eventually.
Annnnd Kai and I have been putting a lot of thought into the future of DS. We have a good plan for the next layout design and I’m working on getting the template done for phpbb3 version of the forums so I can start on it. Still so much left to do… but it’ll all pay off ^^.

Umm…ok so on Tuesday Liz and I went to the meeting with our international advisor. Nothing major, she just needed to know about our flight plans and to give us information about insurance and all that. She seemed more enthusiastic about my camera then me XD. She kind of snatched it out of my hands and started clicking away, was funny as hell really XD. I know KCP and all the international programs are always quite excited about their students photographing stuff. She also got to see Harumi again and Natsuo for the first time. I swear if she ends up buying on of those dolls I’ll laugh my ass off. She could come to meetings with us XDD! Wonderful little bit of knowledge though, KCP no longer requires 1 semester of Japanese to go in to the program….so why is this good news? I might be able to talk Joe into doing it with me next year *evil laughter* and possibly Andrew and Jess. They actually planned on doing a different program through their schools but cancled at the last minute because of the RA thing. KCP is still the win for Japanese study abroad though :P.
So anyway, after and interesting meeting we took the boys around campus and did some photographing…I’m sure we looked odd. Was so much fun though ^^. And gave me a chance to use Camera-chan

Such sick doll obsession….and the crazy will only increase with each doll T-T. *sigh* ah well, I have no other hobbies that cost money, might as well waste it all on dolls XD.

Sooo then yesterday I spent most of the day studying and folding more clothes…very boring day. Not even worth talking about.

Today I went to some “self discovery” career thingy where they give you an assessment test to determine what careers your most suited for…no surprise Liz and I got the same things. Was rather interesting though.
After that I made Joe stop off at the drug store so I could pick up diet stuff. Yes I’ve finally resorted to pills and crap to help lose all the effen weight I gained. Metabolism boosters, appetite suppressants, vitamins, and protein bars. w00t. I am quite determined to get back down to 98lbs. according to the weight chart its actually a normal weight considering my height and smal build. Screw all the doctors who said I should be 115. I’ve been there….and it was fat, not healthy. I’ve only got like 8 lbs. to go and I’m in the clear. Hopefully I’ll lose more. I will fit my ass into a pair of H. naoto pants if it’s the last thing I do!

Umm….oh, also updated the “Random” gallery with stupid pictures of me being a retard and my room. I thought I should document it while it’s still sort of clean….plus I really just wanted to use Camera-chan XD.

OMFG…I got my camera today! Much earlier then expected ^^. I was quite afraid of being disappointed with my $600 purchase…but I’m more then happy! I spent most of the day taking pictures of random crap around Joe’s house ( it being laundry day). I’m pretty sure I’ll be hugging a lot of the automatic features for now and later on I’ll go messing with the custom stuff ^^. Sooo being that I’ve never stated it, I got a Nikon D40. I must have read over the review on dpreview.com like a million times before I decided to get it. My favorite feature….SHUTTER SPEED OPTIONS AND MANUAL FOCUS! w00t no more crappy point and shoot
 
 

Believe it or not those were shot in extremely low light and me being a spaz with a shakey hand…Yay ^^! Pictures that don’t suck! I seriously want to photograph everything now o_o. At least this gives me modivation to finish up that last Yukata for Natsuo so Liz and I can have our little traditional photoshoot with the boys. *clicky clicky*

*sigh* so um, besides that…I’ve been doing nothing XD. Kind of trying to get stuff in order. Less then two weeks now o_O. I did yet another major room renovation today so hopefully it’ll stay that way till I leave XD. Also started checking off stuff to pack….what an adventure that’ll be.

Tomorrow Liz and I have the appointment with our International Advisor to finalize everything with the flight plans…and I still have to go yell at the school some more for messing up my billing T-T.
Thursday Joe and I are supposedly going on a dinner cruise that he’s owed me since Valentines day…but the cruise ship effed up our plans and have been giving us trouble ever since. At this point I think I’d rather him just get a refund and we’ll go blow $200 in Manhattan for a day. I guess we’ll see how that goes.

Ah. another boring day at home. I think I prefered being busy all day o_o. With Joe’s car out of commission there’s seriously nothing to do except slave over the computer all day doing design crap -urgh-

Highlights of my week:
I FINALLY ordered my effen camera ^^. I kept putting it off cause my mother wanted to see if she could get a discount or something for it though one of her friends….but christ if I wait for her I’ll get it for Christmas. I should get it no later then April 5th XD. Just in time I suppose. If not Joe will have to ship it to me T-T.
I spent like 39485735 hours perfecting how to hack myspace and manipulate the layouts. I can now basically make a myspace page look like whatever the hell I want it to now ^^. I still kept mine pink though. I think I’ll probably start working on pre-made myspace overlay’s for the site now. Just very time consuming. Unique idea though…can’t say I’ve seen custom Jrock myspace overlays anywhere.

Little over 2 weeks left (17 days) and I R out of here. Still need to go shopping and get my hair done -.- And if my camera comes in on time I’ll photograph my newly sexified head o_O. fun fun! For now I waste time hoping it’ll pass by faster -.- Christ I hate being stuck in the house T-T.

ok so i’m just wasting some time before work…weeeeeeee.

soooo…work is very boring…i do the register…very boring. i sit there and play psp and bullshit with this kid that works there named nick…hes really fucking funny, and very gay even though hes straight. my manager doesn’t really give a fuck what we do there as long as we do whatever we’re suppose to do…so i guess its really not all that bad… just very boring. they’re still hiring if anyone wants a job *nudge nudge*. hehehe

ok so its like 2am in the morning and i’m bored so imma gonna go on about stupid stuff that makes no sense….ummm…my glasses broke XD. had to get them fixed today like 3 days after the fact >_>….forced me to consistantly wear my contacts till today…but i’m starting to rather like wearing contacts…which is good i guess….still want colored ones…maybe next week i’ll go. can’t decide between purple green or blue contacts though….my 3 favorite colors XD. kinda depends on my hair color i suppose…the purple faded out a great deal from the last washing (used really hot water) so i’m thinking of dying it blue next ^^. might be cool…not ready to bleach it and make it baby blue and black yet. i’ll get it done though >< eventually XD.

soooo tomorrow i have to get up early for yet another photo shoot. this time with andrew (andrew with fucked up jrock hair XD). he was all like “*whines* i want cool professional looking pictures of me being all hawt :B” and i’m like..”ok….but only because you gave me advent children like a day before it came out in japan….*pets*”…so yeah…should be funny though….hes gonna be posing like an ass being all “look at me i’m so vk it hurts. i’m too cool for diru now HUR!” XDD. its ok..because it makes me laugh…and he admits to his arrogance. and thank god i know him better then his millions of fan girls…so its all funny…urgh sleep…..now that i think of it i’ve been doing a lot of photo shoots lately…i should charge XD…but no i’m too charitable. besides, it kinda fun taking pictures of people who are not me for a change :D. just no one to photograph around here which sucks ass bad ><. still have to do a photo thingy with joe which i’ve been planning to do for how long now lol…and i think jess still wants one <3 so whenever she’s ready ^^…weeee…tired…umm…oh yeah…pictures from last photoshoot of me and liz cosplaying ryou and mika XD. i get lazy and forget sometimes…pics:

ok so an update of the past 48 hours -_-…

umm well yesterday was really really busy…started off the day with a photoshoot with liz cosplaying our manga characters ryou and mika ^^. and took care of the new kittnes of course T-T i’ll have pictures of them soon. so later on me, joe, liz, shono (hehehe her “boyfriend”), andrew, jess, casey, and a bunch of other people went up into the city to go see corpse bride. first we had dinner at yakiniku west and then picked up snacks and stuff at jasmart and then went off to the movies ^^. the movie was…ok..couldn’t live up to nightmare before Christmas though….it was only an hour and ten minutes, the songs weren’t very catchy, but at least the claymation in it was effen awesome! got 3 and a half stars somehow..eh. so then after the movie everyone was on the way home…and on the SI train we all decided to go to white castle at like 2 am in the morning XD. was kinda funny and spontaneous. didn’t get home till like 3:30 i think…and then i had to take care of the kittens when i got home and they didn’t want to go to bed right away, they wanted to play T-T. so i had to stay up for like another hour playing with them till they fell asleep *sigh*. i got to bed at around 4:30-5….and woke up at 9 to feed the new kittens again…and my mother found a third one…so now there are 3…and we discovered today they were completely flea infested, so we spent like 3 hours bathing them and combing through them getting all the fleas off….all clean now…but holy crap what a pain in the ass it was. OH, kittens have names and genders now. there’s cinnamon, a little orange and brown striped male. muffin, a little orange and brown striped female and the little runt of the group. and the new comer, cookie, a little brown and black striped/ speckled female. 

again, if anyone wants a kitten or knows someone who wants a kitten please let me know T-T. i have 7 of them now XD and i’d hate to just take them to a shelter. PLEASE LET ME KNOW *begs* lol.
