fwaaaaa….its two days later and i’m still all hurting…but it was well worth it! concert was awesome! we left at like 1 i think (me, joe, andrew, dave) got there around two. the line was around the building and half way up the block from people that were there since like 9am o_o. luckily andrew knows people and we got a decent spot in line…the waited for the longest 3 hours in history …which wasn’t so bad really…we were near the side doors that lead to the stage so we could hear diru doing the sound check! i was picking out every song muffled through the walls. it was kinda scary thinking kyo was on the other side. i’d waited too long for a concert like this.
sooooo 7 o’clock rolls around and they start letting people in. joe, dave and i headed straight for a spot on the floor. no balcony view for me this time. the pushing started. stupid fucking people pushing from the back of the floor being ass holes when the opening band hadn’t even gone on yet….and then when they finally did go on it was absolute chaos. it was like a fight to survive. people started pushing so hard and moshing in the back when they were handed out flyers in the beginning of the concert stating the band wishes for no one to participate in moshing or any violent behavior for everyone’s safety. it got so bad that at the end of the opening band some guy had to come out and school us all on the rules like a bunch of effen children. they even had to push the barriers farther away from the stage. fucking people didn’t want to move away from the barriers so they could be pushed back so they just forced them and i was squished beyond belief. some girl behind me collapsed and fell into a seizure after they moved everyone back. it effen sucked.
i got separated from joe and dave a that point…and then some how i was magically forced further and further to the front of the floor. i think because i was small and when people pushed back i opted to simply push against them and squeeze through them instead of staying where i was and getting squished. i got about 4 spaces away from the stage when G.D.S. came on and everyone freaked out. it was horrible XD. i was engulfed in fangirls XD. i didn’t get an actual look at the band untill like the second song when i was again pushed further up to about 2 spaces away from the stage. i had an awesome view though.
all the band members were dressed kinda plain with no makeup. i was off to the left near kaoru and toshiya ^^. kaoru’s hair got really long o_o. and toshiya looks much older without make up, still pretty though ^^. kyo was…..well kyo…a few songs in he started to scrap the inside of his mouth and spitting out blood, then he popped a few blood capsules to add to the spitting of blood effect and played the rest of the concert all bloody in the face XD. everyone loved it though. he sang very well surprisingly. we all had a fear it would be a repeat of the concerts in europe where his singing sucked massive balls. he was very good though. he stopped singing a lot to let the audience take over. he seemed very amused and surprised that like the whole crowd knew all the words to like every song XD. i saw him smile a few times ^^! that weird kinda half-smile thingy he does. you could tell he was having fun with us. kaoru and toshiya also were having fun teasing the crowd. shinya i saw maybe once at the end. it was too dark in the back near the drums. die i don’t think i saw at all. he was un-viewable from the left side of the stage. eh…i don’t care much for die anyway.
so the concert was awesome, they all ruled on stage. and mean while i was going through a great deal of pain and molestation XD. the pushing never did stop. and being at the spot i was near the stage i really had to defend my territory lol. and there was this girl i didn’t know behind me hanging off of me for like half the concert. she was like, holding my hand o_o….and caressing my head….and had her arm around me…and at one point grabbed my boob. all while singing and crying…i have no idea. it was disturbing. but i dealt with it. i wasn’t going to let a crazy bitch keep me from enjoying the band. they played all of withering, and then mr newsman, the III empire, child prey and a NEW SONG for the encore! was awesome.
when the concert ended i was so ready to pass out from heat and over exhaustion….it was horrible XD. joe found me right away when the people started to clear off. i was happy to see him T-T. then as we were walking towards the side exit one of the band’s representatives came over and interviewed us about how much we enjoyed the show. he says they’re going to be coming back to america soon for more concerts ^^! they’re really trying to make it in america now. i suppose thats why they’re changing their images so much. they need to appeal more to americans…and going all VK probably wouldn’t work out too well.
soooo after that we finally stepped out into the glorious freezing cold air…felt awesome…but we lost dave so we had to find him XD. then we got drinks and got to sit down in the car and go home….i passed out…it was wonderful….i seriously lost a good 2 lbs. from all the work and sweating i did at that concert XD. and my right foot swelled up to a balloon from the torment it was getting. ha…again well worth it though. now i just have to wait patiently for the next concert ^^.
