The would-be wild craze of 2008
So, I received this strange email (Not what you’re thinking) about the upcoming release of a Hellokitty Online game, and as the users of Sanriotown, we are invited to beta test the game. How VIP! What is Hellokitty Online game again?
Email led me to the official site, and here is what it says:
A Ragnarok Hello Kitty? Woot~
I don’t know what MMORPG stands for, but if anything, RPG genre cannot possibly be a bad thing. For a start, it’s the only game where I can play without getting killed in the first 15 minutes (FFIX? Harvest Moon? The Sims?) 
Curious of which Sanrio characters are going to feature in the game? All. Minus Mimmy, I think D: Lookie, bat-wannabe Badtz!
As a little side information, I love the mini blue Shinkansen. My 2 year old cousin, Gavin, actually has this cute Shinkansen school bag and others stuffs his parents bought in Japan. I could have borrowed it to take a quick pic, but … at that time, his mum was kinda … there

i sure hope you can generate your own characters. it’d be weird playing as, say, hello kitty or my melody. i mean, interacting with other people who look exactly like you?

yeah no worries. players will be able to customize their appearance (human boy or girl i think) and meet and interact with original Sanrio characters n_nb

Oh no, she is not in there? But then again, that’s what I have been trying to explain to her for the last 10 years. She, and the rest of Hello Kitty’s family are there to create a family image for Hello Kitty, or for a twin effect by using just the two of them, depending on which is more appropriate. Dear Daniel is there to create a couple thing. They are not like badtz, melody, or the whatsthenameofthatdog with big white ears, etc, which belong to the main bunch of characters. Oops. Why did I type this?

Hey Mimmy. Dont be upset if there is really no Mimmy character. You can always take a Hello kitty character and make her do all the bad things.
