I haven’t been watching a lot of anime or playing video games really and I probably won’t be till july 19th I’ll still update this place fridays but for the time being reviews will be missing ><’. What I have been doing is focusing my energy on a message board and the event happens to be on and I’ve been doing requests which require me to stay on the board and click dragonflies…Which i’ve been doing till 4 am every night.

Anime network recently has been releasing some of their anime on demand online which I’ve been checking out avidly..If you sign up you get access to some of their series of course you have to pay for the rest but hey it’s free anime.

So here’s a question from LJ’s question of the day type thing: this was from june 26th 2009: In honor of the king of pop, what is your favorite michael jackson song?

Beat it..? I mean I can remember that video perfectly and my chorus teacher actually made us sing that one time for chorus class for a concert. I thought I would end up disliking that song after that but I fell more in love with that song because of it. (RIP)

 Panic in nakayoshi land/world:

review: This is one out of three games, featuring other characters from Nakayoshi magazine along with Sailormoon characters.
The four girls: Kurumi (from Kurumi to 7 Ninnokobitotachi), Nagisa (from Chou Kuseni Narisou), Sailormoon (does not need an introduction) and Wapiko (from Kingyo Chouuihou) have volunteered to help the Blue-Haired Princess of Nakayoshi World to drive the wicked King Daima and his monsters out of Nakayoshi World. The story mode is divided into 5 stages, with 6 rounds in each stage. The first 4 rounds of each stage are puzzle rounds; the 5th is a bonus round and the 6th is a boss fight. The heroines’ objective is to help the princess and their friends by fighting off the monsters that threaten them in each of the places where they are hiding.

my review: another japanese cute snes rpg this one has some random sailor moon characters thrown in as well as other characters; it’s a really great game for time wasting and after a while i quickly found it to be more challenging; i liked it though - 4/5

why you wouldn’t like it: it’s only available as a rom and it’s not in english and the patch for it in english is pretty hard to install.

plot: Catz is a pet simulation game that lets owners name, train and play with adorable kittens. Players adopt a customized kitten and will earn their kitten’s love and loyalty by remembering to feed, groom or play with it.

my review: The sad thing is when you compare it to the PF magic games back in the day you figure out Ubisoft didn’t really do anything special except dumb it down and sell it to a market that would be interested.. What’s the point of this besides training the cat and dressing it up you know how a pet actually beats a virtual game in this one it’s true guess I’m too old to be playing this. I also wish there were more breeds and customizing options - 1/5

why you would like it:  once you get out of comparing it to another game it’s actually a very nice game for people to play if you’re a cat lover you’ll fall in love with it; the graphics were amazing and it’s only 20 dollars in stores. You get hours of gameplay with it as well.

sims 2 nightlife:

It was released for Mac OS X on March 27, 2006. <br>my review: i am a fan of this game i think without it the sims 2 would have pretty much stunk; you can go to places that you normally couldn’t go and you can meet new people as well as vampires - 5/5

<br>why you wouldn’t like this: well sims 2 still has the sluggish performance issues and if you didn’t like the main game or appreciate it then you probably won’t like this

plot: Katamari Damacy (å¡Šé­‚, Katamari Damashii?, lit. “Clump Spirit”) is a third-person puzzle-action video game that is published and developed by Namco for the PlayStation 2 video game console. It was first released in Japan, and then later in South Korea and North America. The game resulted from a school project from the Namco Digital Hollywood Game Laboratory, and was developed for less than $1 million. In designing Katamari Damacy, the development team aimed to maintain four key points: novelty, ease of understanding, enjoyment, and humor.

my review: i love katamari despite the challenges in the game you’ll see it’s worth it in the end; it’s unique and original and any anime fan will appreciate the zaniness - 5/5

why you wouldn’t like it: supposedly the environments feel pretty mundane; it can also seem pretty repetitive and doesn’t get out of that at all also this may be too crazy for you to take

sims social:

my review: I thank my friend for showing me this it’s like ea’s way of saying. Want a sample of the sims 3 but your computer can’t handle it? We’ll limit it to clicking, it’s a great time waster but after a while you get sick of seeing your sim fail or succeed. In case you were wondering my characters name was Luna Butthead  - 3/5

why you would like this: it’s an easy concept and it doesn’t get boring till after a while. You can pretty much grasp what the sims 3 will be like from this though there were still some changes not done.

summary:  Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes was a fan project modification of the Chrono Trigger ROM begun in late 2004. Development continued thanks to a dedicated group of fans through 2009. By May 2009, the game featured ~35 hours of game play, 10 multiple endings, and 23 chapters, much like the original Chrono Trigger; it was around 98% complete. The plot featured the original cast as they struggled against a new villain risen from the legacy of Zeal.

my review: eh i don’t know if i enjoyed it mainly because i found out the battles were a lot harder than before I’m on lvl 1 I’ll be battling things from the jurassic period give me a break. Though it’s nice to see some love for the game. Only way to find this game is to download a rom and it’s impossible to find - 1/5

why you would like it: because you’re probably a big chrono trigger fan and you can get past the 1st part.
