plot summary: Miaka and Taka (Tamahome’s reborn out-of-the-book self) return to the Universe of the Four Gods to try and restore Tamahome’s memories to Taka. This is not as easy as it sounds, however, when the evil Tenkou shows up to rain on their parade. He manages to thwart most of their attempts at getting Taka’s memories back, and uses his newfound power to summon the Gods outside the book.

my review:  this ova doesn’t withstand the good name to me it’s boring out of the 6 episodes I finished 2

OAV 1: animation - 10, story - 10, characters - 10, enjoyment - 10; 3 episodes long/3 episodes done

summary: A year after the events of Fushigi Yuugi, Tamahome is pulled back into the book and is sent on a complicated ride through illusion, confusion, and betrayal. Meanwhile, Yui is acting oddly and Miaka is heartbroken over the loss of Tamahome, while Keisuke and Tetsuya try to discover what is going on with the book.

my review:  I really wish they had made this longer than 3 episodes because it did fit the storyline; if you liked the 1st one there is a chance you will like this one because you get to see all of the characters again.

fushigi yuugi: animation - 10, story - 10, characters - 10, enjoyment - 10: 10

plot: Miaka Yuuki, an average middle school student caught up in studying for exams, is sucked into an ancient Chinese novel titled “The Universe of Four Gods”. There she discovers that she is in an ancient country in what is now China, Konan, and is to be the Priestess of one of the four gods, Suzaku. As the priestess, her duty is to gather the Seven Seishi of Suzaku, who are to be her protectors. Once they are gathered, the priestess will summon the god Suzaku and bring peace between the warring lands, Konan and Kutou. But it’s harder than it seems. Along the road, many hardships are faced, as Miaka’s best friend Yui Hongo enters the book and becomes her rival, the priestess of Seiryuu in the land of Kutou. Who summons their god first is up to the courage and skill of the priestesses and their seishi, as they meet triumphs and tragedies along the way.

my review:  I can’t give this any lower than 10 because it is a classic shoujo, I fell in love with Nuriko, Chichiri, Miaka and Tamahome as a couple and Yui..These episodes don’t have many fillers so the 52 episodes make sense, the manga is just as good..

plot:   Honey Kisaragi is a perfectly normal beautiful high school student. Until her scientist father is kidnapped by the evil organization Panther Claw, that is. But her father left behind a device she can use to transform into the red-haired sword-wielding heroine Cutey Honey.

my review: compared to the original series this might as well be a fail beyond any means,  cutey honey should not be a shoujo series and whoever thought that was a good idea should have their head examined; this really parodies a lot of shoujo shows and it doesn’t have much to offer; the characters make it worse as they are pretty annoying

bottle fairy; animation - 8, story - 9, characters - 10, enjoyment - 10; 9;

Story:  Kururu, Chiriri, Sarara, and Hororo are four little fairies that live inside bottles on their “Sensei”’s desk. Together, they have misadventures trying to understand the human world, seeking advice from the totally misinformed grade schooler next door.

my review:  this is a cute show with lots of Japanese culture facts thrown in there; it’s pretty random and all of the characters have a different personality so if you don’t like one there is a chance you’ll like another, i like cute things i must admit this is as cute as you’re going to get..I especially love the ending character a lot..And Kururu, I have yet to read the manga but i feel like it wouldn’t be challenging enough at least for me.

asatte no hokou; animation - 9, story - 9, characters - 9, enjoyment - 10; 9

plotline: Karada is a young girl who hates being treated like a child and who wishes to be grown up. Shoko is an aloof, unhappy young woman who has just returned from overseas. When they meet by coincidence one night at a local shrine where they both like to make wishes, they exchange ages.

my review:  I don’t know what kind of magic is in this show but whatever it is made me fall in love with it; this is a sweet sappy show that anyone can appreciate because we’ve all wanted to be young again at one point or if we were young to grow up

so i bought sonic heroes at the play n trade over in Orlando. My first impression was to play as the chaotix team just because I liked them a lot after reading the comics but what stumped me was why Knuckles was on Team Sonic.

if you follow a certain order for this game you would automatically play as team rose first because they are the easiest

but I HATE Amy; I think she’s useless and the fact that she gropes all over Sonic ticks me off to no end; I had a bit of trouble playing as you can imagine I took every chance i could get to kill off Amy but this in turn caused me not to have many lives or a good score (I had to stop).

The most handy character i can think of on this team is probably either big or cream because they’re not as fast as Amy who’s speed gets in the way of actually playing the game with her.

Then if you were lucky enough to beat it on Team Rose you could play with Team Sonic next as they seem to be 2nd easiest or average

I don’t see any real problem with using this team as they seem to balance each other out very well, but i can’t stand the voice acting..Tails’ voice kind of squeaks at times and Sonic’s is too deep i felt; i actually think maybe Knuckles and Sonic should trade voices.

then you would move on to team chaotix which has a certain twist to the stages instead of actually going around doing whatever you wanted you’ll have to do missions for a certain mystery client

In this one you play as knuckles’ sidekicks vector the alligator who’s probably the most stereotypical one of the group, charmy the bee who’s the most hyperactive one and then esperio the ninja charmelon? (spelling may be off on that one).

The one i find the most useless is esperio because he’s a ninja..He used to be so cool when he came out in the comic books now he can do leaf swirl and turn himself invisible..Woopie-do I don’t care

The one i like is a tie between vector and charmy because both are kind of interesting characters in themselves but honestly vector’s easiest to use as Charmy can’t fly for sometimes certain periods of time and his attacks stink.

Then you would play as Team Dark which is like playing expert on guitar hero

I will probably never make it to this team so I don’t care about them; I really am afraid of Rouge as she is an animal with female parts..Shadow’s too popularized for me to even begin to like and then the robot doesn’t interest me either (I don’t know his name sorry).

My review: Basically i had a hard time with a lot of this game; it’s you against the terrain a lot of the time and we all know the terrain wins so the game will purposely do things to make your life heck. I can’t stand being in the air in any game so naturally this one has an air stage..I will however finish the game and the three teams I do like but after that i will not work on team dark. I can only imagine how those stages are as I play the three teams.

the adventures of mini goddess:

plotline: A large collection consisting of the adventures of the Goddesses featured in the anime and manga series Ah My Goddess. Parodies of other works, and a large number of jokes pervade this series of shorts in which the Goddesses torture and hang out with their friend Gan the rat.

my review: this is better than oh my goddess at least to me it’s cute and random but why does it need to be so long? Seriously it’s 48 episodes that are 7 minutes long each and most of them just aren’t very good; i gave up around episode 25
