Is this “wrong”….?

Halloween is coming and although I’m not putting on a costume I was wondering if I could possibly do something like this?

My daughter says it will give our dog psychological problems, but I love my doggy enough to dress her up as…. Hello Kitty!

 Is this wrong?

    No, I don’t think it’s wrong, it may act crazy trying to take it off, but I think it’s ok, no psychological problems.

    I think the “psych” problem would be that my dog is dressed up as a cat…!

    My daughter and my close friends say it’s not fair to do this to ANY dog!

    I just think it’s cute & funny!
