Ok, so I’m at it again! I’m playing this game with great enthusiasm and may I say I’m just loving it!
It’s a game that lets you live in a house that can be upgraded, buy furniture, write letters to friends, visit the post office, rummage through the recycle bin, drink coffee at the cafe, dig for fossils, design your own clothing, go fishing and pick apples and interact with all the “animals” in town!
This is just a a quick summary of-course, there’s much more to this game and it’s TOTALLY cute!!!
The addictiveness of this game is about 10 out of 10 and I just can’t stop playing it.
I also have Rune Factory, (a different kind of Harvest Moon) and My Sims, and although both of these are high on my “cuteness” meter, I have to say the Animal Crossing is at the top of my list right now!

Most of the reviews I’ve read online, have said really good stuff about this game and they rate it at about a 9 out 10.
The reason this game is different than some of the others in the same category, is that it runs on Real Time.
That means every minute in the real world is exactly the same in the game. The other games (if you remember), 1 of our minutes was 10 minutes in the game. This one runs off of the DS clock so if your time /date says it’s Jan. 30, 2008 11:05 p.m. , the game will reflect this data by showing you snow on the ground and of-course night-time with all stores closed! Isn’t that a hoot? It’s a real cool concept…! I can’t wait till spring comes around!!!
