Have you ever played the Pokemon (Trading) Cards? 
I remember a few years ago, my daughter was really into collecting the cards and we went (for 2 years) at our local Books-a-Million every Saturday, to play in the actual tournament.
It was so much fun and I learned a lot about the Basic Pokemon —though I don’t quite remember how to play it that well any more…
I was also addicted to the songs featured in some of the episodes and movies and I still have those songs in mp3 format, if anyone wants to listen to them.
I have small icons of almost all 150 original pokemon, which are not easy to find now online. Again, if anyone wants them, I can zip them and send them to you.
Among my favorite Pokemon were Jolteon & Raichu. Yes, mostly the electric ones for my playing deck, although I liked a few fire Pokemon as well… (all evolutions of Charmander!)
I did have a chance to play Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon (yellow) on Game Boy, Pokemon Sapphire on GBA, and my FAVORITE = Pokemon Puzzle League!!!
Unfortunately, my Pokemon days ended in early 2003, but I do have 4 binders full of cards, including some rare & holofoil cards, which I’m saving (and still have the original boxes!)
I guess my question to everyone is this: “Is Pokemon Still Alive?” and “Which Pokemon is your favorite?”
For me, the newer generation Pokemon are kinda cute and the baby ones are adorable, but the newer episodes just got boring and the themes have become extremely repetitious with no real substance.
In the meantime, I may not collect Pokemon any more, but I still remember them fondly…!

Aside from the pokemon cards, my son likes the pogs. I don’t know if you remember them, but their the small circle ones that also have pokemon characters printed on it. My son likes Pikachu.

I still love PKMN, I don’t buy the TCG cards anymore, but I still collect PKMN stuf (I own alot of stuff). I still watch the anime even if it’s always the same thing (helping someone or a PKMN and beating Team Rocket)
My favorite PKMN is “Pachirisu”.

I think I have all the cards to the first 15 decks plus all the holos & rares from buster packs and stuff. That’s a lot of cards and I still have my “electric” deck set aside…
You never know, I might have to relive my childhood one more time!!! LOL
