It’s funny because my boyfriend and I like to sit out front on the steps during these hot/humid sunny days and tell people that they ’should have brought their umbrella.’ We were just kidding around, being bored  kids.

We were coming out of McDonalds and it sponatneously was pouring.

Guess WE should have bought our umbrellas.

So of course, I have heard of the tragic news of our beloved Pop icon. It seems lately so many celebrities are leaving us lately. I dunno why I think that, I can only think of two so far, lol, but it seems like it.  Bernie Mac was a HUGE unexpected surprise death and now Michael.

I ALWAYS loved Michael. I never once believed Michael did any of those things people say, that he was tried for but acquitted. I do feel for Micheal, I always think I had a soft spot for him, because of what he went through.  Watching the documentary long ago I felt hurt for him when viewing his childhood.

Anyway, I just wanted to post about it, so that I can remember a beloved fallen star of mine.

PS:: If you ever get a chance, watch the Michael Jackson “Black or white Video” It’s funny and features the young Macaulay Culkin. It’s also one of my favorite MJ songs…if not my fave! ^.-

As you can probably see our Team’s main focus is the Yooyuu ball but we’re doing pretty good though with them all evenly. At least, we havent lost many, just a lot of draws which is much better than losing that many. It shows that our memebers still play the side games and all our effort together helps.

This above is our schedule for the upcoming week. It’s gonna be great because these are all the teams we CAN beat for sure so if we do win everyone which alot of us are predicitng, we probably would end up in first.

I’m hoping we do get a few wins ahead of everyone else so that when we do play the bigger teams and lose, we’ll still be in the top!

Fyora (pictured Above) is the Faerie Queen that can overpower most creatures in Neopia. She resides in FaerieLand in a large purple castle. There she runs the Hidden Faerie Tower which sells The most expensive Neopian Items from most powerful weapons to rarest of collectibles. Her trademark color is purple, which is the color of just about everything Fyora.

She’s very warm and kind Queen who works for the good of her people, but is still not to be crossed!

Of course, after learning nearly EVERYTHING about Yooyu ball when I missed it last year, I’m working towards being able to get a Yooyu myself this year.

This is the main event. Everyday you play a diffrent team (with their own strengths/ weaknesses/ stratagies) and see how your team together will pair up.

This is the game. You play five people. Your goal is to score more goals than your opponent, of course.

The more you score than your opponent, the higher your score and the better your team does as a hole.

Every day I play a new team.  This is my schedule so far.

The first match is on June 2nd and I play Meridell.  I’m pretty confident going up against them. My Team so far as always surpass them. I think I will do good.

June 3rd :: Kwark Island. I’m a little worried with this one. My Team lost to them last year coming one place behind in 4th. It’s gonna be tough I think, but a good game. I’m worried but excited about it at the same time.

June 4th :: Virtupets. Again, not worried. They came in 14 last year. Now just because I’m not worried about a team does not mean I think they can’t. I’ll always still watching these lower ranked teams of last year for some come arounds.

June 5th :: Tryannia. This team has has a consistent position at number 11 for the past two Altador Cups after coming in last place in the first Alatdor Cup. Still, they have no changes in team or play, so I can only predict the will do the same. No sweat.

June 6th :: Roo Island. Last Years Champs! I’m nevervous. So soon I must face them??!! But it was bound to happen soon anyway. I rather get it over with. Although there is still that part of me excited to just beat them and win this year! Hahaha…Bring it on Roo Island! :p
So yeah…I’m gonna be pretty busy the next few days on Neopets. But I promise to keep udated my status over the game period.

Until the real matches begin, you can still play all the events, which are just games, for practice. These events are::

Slushie Slinger

Here your goal is to make Slushies then send them down to the costumer. When they are done they will send the empty cup back down and you must pick it up before it falls or you will loose a life. Loose 5 and you lose.

Make Some Noise

Your goal here is to control the Altador Cup’s  most enthusiastic Fan. You have to continually press the random two keys shown and try to keep the meter on red. The longer you have it on red, the more likely you are to get a bonus key which gives you more points, which in turn will help your team more. But I will get to that later.

 Shootout Showdown**NEW

This a new addition this year. Here your goal is to score 5 goals before time runs out. Simply simple. You also have a power meter to control the power the ball will travel at.

These three games I call the “side-line” games. All the points I earn from this help my team. The more/or higher my scores the better for my team.

The Altador Cup IV was open for sign up today and as soon as I saw the sign, I joined! Last year I participated a little bit in the Altador Cup, but unfortunately that was because I did not catch it until the last week. This year I’m abit more enthusiatic and excited about the tournament!! ”o(^.^)o”

Last year I also chose the Shenkuu. I believe my reasons were based soley on because that was where my Neohome was based and because it features one my favorite Teammates.

So far I have been practicing for when June 2nd comes and it really all begins. I’ve been practically playing Yooyu Ball all day for practice.

I got a tab bit better, but it’s such a diffucult game for me.

But I hope to do my team good!
